Li River Resort is an amazing place to stay in Yangshuo. Located just outside of town, but close enough for a 5-10 minute car ride into downtown. The staff speak English who are all very friendly and accommodating. The onsite restaurant is very delicious ranging from local cuisine to western tastes. The beer fish is amazing! Massages are also available by appointment in which they come to the comfort of your room. Overall Li River Resort is a 10/10 and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Yangshuo.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The service is of a high quality, front desk managers speak English and are very friendly and helpful, they helped us book a tour as well. The room is comfortable with authentic design of natural materials: wood, fabric, stone. The shower room also has a heating, not only the bedroom. The view from the balcony is stunning: mountains and the river are right there! It is situated in walking distance from the west street and Li river scenic spot! Amazing stay! Thank you.

An wonderful hotel hidden within the margins of Li River. Very comfortable for a family of 4, with a pool open all day and a restaurant making late breakfast a reality. Easy to rent bycicles nearby or take a Didi to explore the city.

We stayed at the Li River Resort for 5 days and booked all our activities through the hotel. It was a brilliant experience. The hotel has a wonderful location: not far from downtown (a 20-minute walk), but far enough to be away from all the tourist noise. The most incredible aspect of this place is the service. The English-speaking hotel staff is extremely helpful. Our room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We even had a bathtub with hot enough water, which can sometimes be an issue in China. I am very happy with our stay here. If you don't mind a recommendation, I suggest trying a painting class, cooking class, and a day out to the tea plantations with the tea house. Those were my absolute favorites. On the way to downtown, there's a nice café called Demo that offers western food and great drinks - definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic hotel secluded from the busy Yangshuo centre, but still within walking distance. The staff were so nice and helpful and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Motorbikes can be rented just nearby and there are plenty of areas nearby for swimming in the river. Pool and restaurant was also nice.

The location was amazing with a great view of the mountains from our balcony. The room was clean, and the staff spoke English and were very helpful. We could order food and drinks at the restaurant, and there was a playground for kids. The only problem was getting a taxi during the busy holiday season, but the hotel helped us find a private one, which was a bit expensive but necessary. Overall, I really recommend this place.

Stayed for 2 nights in Yangshuo. Hotel is in a peaceful location. Staff are super helpful and very friendly. Very good for foreign tourists

What an amazing stay! We have no words to fully describe it. The hotel is lovely, the people are amazingly helpful, the restaurant is good and the views from any place in the hotel are extraordinary. Everybody in our family loved our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and playground when we were relaxing at the hotel. All our tours were organised with the hotel staff and I'm sure we got the best advice. It's a 20 minute walk from Yangshuo west street and you can rent bikes and motorcycles nearby. A big thanks to all the hotel team! For sure the hotel to stay should we get back to Yangshuo.

A wonderful located Hotel with a great view to the river and mountains! A very helpful and friendly team with very good English! Strongly recommended for a stay!

The food was delicious. The service personnel was helpful and smiling, all the time. The room was very quiet, even though we were right next to the entrance. Gorgeous view!!!

What a dreamy hotel! Every time we drove by another hotel in Yangshuo, I thought, "Wow, their view is not as good as ours." The location is a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but I appreciated being away in the quiet. The area around West St can be quite noisy. The hotel rooms were so spacious and beautiful, and we loved being able to sip tea on the balcony and gaze upon the majestic karst mountains. The front desk staff is very friendly, and on our arrival, one person in particular was SO helpful (likely patiently spent maybe an hour helping us) with this payment issue we were having (with a Chinese bank card), when she could have easily just been like, "It's not working, just give me your American card" or something. They do have a laundry service, but it is 30 yuan per kg, which can add up (especially since I felt all my clothes were heavier because they got damp from the humidity), but there are also washers on the roof, which you can use for free (and then hand dry in your room). While we were in Yangshuo, there was constant torrential downpour, so there were a few afternoons, we just hung out in the hotel lobby/bar/restaurant area, which was so peaceful and quiet, with lovely views. The food and cocktails are just okay, but I enjoyed the fresh fruit juices and smoothies. I would also recommend using any of their drivers, especially to pick up / drop off at train stations, or for a day-long tour. They're very friendly and knowledgeable. On the one night we used a Didi driver, they refused to drive up the hill to the hotel (though the hotel drivers are happy to), and we had to trek up the very slippery and steep hill ourselves.

It's really a nice resort. Amazing breathtaking view (you can see both mountains and river), super clean, homey and comfy. The staff can communicate well in English, so it's really a plus point to consider if you are a foreigner. We also got a chance to wear the local traditional clothes. We really enjoyed our stay here 😊😊❤️

What a lovely place with friendly staff. Never slept so quietly in China. Views from the room are amazing.. Breakfast is great. Highly recommend!

The room is very well chinese style decorated. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms modern. The views from the room are amazing (mountains / river). Good if you are traveling with your own car. Restaurant food and breakfast also very tasty. We had a good time at Yangshuo and the hotel was perfect to take a good rest. I recommend it.
