Excellent hotel abd great value for money. The service staff were amazing. Really nice and helpful. I'd recommend!

I don’t usually bother to give reviews but this homestay is a real gem. I would give 10 stars if it were possible. We are a family of 4 and we enjoyed our entire stay here. The staff were so warm, generous, friendly and helpful. We felt so at home here. Room is amazing , so new and clean. As for the views, I will just let my photos do the talking. The kids loved the playground and tub. We loved the breakfast which is a local signature: Guilin Noodles. The entire place just feels like home and I will come and stay again anytime 我通常不写评论，但这家民宿真是个宝藏。如果可以的话，我真想给它十颗星。我们一家四口在这里度过了非常愉快的时光。工作人员热情、慷慨、友好又乐于助人。 我们感觉就像在家里一样自在。房间很棒，又新又干净。至于景色，就让照片来说话吧。孩子们很喜欢游乐场和浴缸。我们很喜欢早餐，尤其是桂林面，这是当地的特色美食。 整个民宿都让我们感觉像家一样，我以后一定会再来的。

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel; very impressive, I have to say. The ladies hosting us were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The fact that they don't speak English was not a blocker whatsoever, since we had very pleasant communication using a translator. She also gave us some great tips. I want to highlight a few things that were important for me and my wife: - The impressive cleanliness of this hotel; everything was sparkling. - Breakfast was mainly noodles, which I loved, but if you're not a person that enjoys noodles for breakfast, perhaps you'd want to miss it. Also, you have a limited number of coffees per stay, which is very odd since coffee is usually free and unlimited at any hotel breakfast. - A washing machine in the room; this is a lifesaver when you are traveling for weeks. - The girls managing the hotel are so friendly and awesome. - Walking distance from a plenty of restaurants and the river

Beautiful place with a great atmosphere, amazing staff, and really modern furniture. I loved my stay! The team was super welcoming and even helped me book all my activities. The only downside was the loud fireworks from nearby places at night — it was pretty disturbing throughout my stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ouyu Homestay! As the staff don’t speak English communication was mostly done through WeChat which was very efficient and convenient. The highlights of our stay was the comfortable bed with the view of the mountains, tang yuan dessert and delicious coffee. We hired e-bikes too which made getting around much more fun.

The room and the location were good, the only problem was that we booked because of the pool and the pool was out of service.

I highly recommend visiting this hotel. Convenient location, incredibly beautiful scenery and excellent service! We really enjoyed our stay in Yangshuo

An incredible experience at this hotel!! I loved it more as time went by. The hospitality here is one of the best I’ve experienced. It’s similar to staying with a family/homestay while traveling. I had a few asks here and there, using their phone, asking for ice packs, helping us use amenities in the room, and they were so eager and happy to help every single time. It truly felt so homey and comfortable the entire time. I’ll definitely miss this place. While the hotel is rated 3 diamonds, I would rate the service 5 for sure. The breakfast is also very yummy, with guilin rice noodles amongst other dishes. They brought fresh fruit everyday to the room, and they have mung bean soup as dessert every night. The bed and washrooms were very clean (some other furniture were a bit worn). We booked the highest floor room and loved the view every day. The location was also great, with lots of restaurants and spots nearby (would ask front desk for recs). Would highly recommend this hotel :D

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, the room size was fantastic and well equiped. The staff are very friendly and helpful for booking activities or general information. The breakfast, fruit and desert each day were great.

it was our second amazing stay in this hotel! as always the rooms are very big and spacious! Huge bed and full height window with an amazing view made our stay very romantic. The room was clean and had everything we needed! Small presents from the hotel such as free morning coffee and a plate of fruits made the stay even more pleasant and cute! personal of the hotel always nice and welcoming, willing to help with everything! Recommend this hotel to everyone including our friends!

We stayed here for four nights, so we feel we got a pretty good idea of the area and the hotel. The check-in process was easy and very fast, you just need to show them your passport/travel cards. Once we got our our room (there is an elevator), the rooms automatically have curtains that open and music that plays. It’s quite loud at first, but you can go next to the bed to turn off the music or else it’ll do it every time you enter your room and put in the room card haha. The room is clean and the beds are fairly comfortable. While traveling in China, I’m usually curious as to how hard/soft the bed is, but it was a lot better than I expected. The place is new, so the rooms are still in good condition. We really enjoyed our room, the view was nice, and it was quiet. Although, because the rooms have the music that turn on each time you put in your room card, you will be able to hear the rooms next to you music play if they don’t turn it off haha. What we really enjoyed was how we had free coffee and fruit everyday! I didn’t realize it was everyday of your stay, I just thought it was one time. You can choose between americano or latte. They also have free ice cream! So many perks of staying here. We rented scooters from them and it was a little bit more than the surrounding places, but we felt it was worth it because of less hassle. We also enjoyed the breakfast here. It is a bowl of Guilin noodles with vegetables and pork, and they have self-service soy milk, buns, sweet potato, and corn. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. Also!!! Check out the bbq place across the road from here, it’s really good and service is amazing.

We feel very comfortable to stay there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It would be nicer if there are more choices for breakfast.
