We had to change days due to the local uprisings in the town. The staff were very helpful in accommodating us. Great service.

Recientemente terminé mi estadía en el hotel Andenes de Arequipa, yo habia llevado mi laptop para trabajar y estudiar. Un día salgo del hotel dejando la laptop en mi habitacion como de costumbre, al volver me doy cuenta que la pantalla de mi laptop estaba rota y una esquina de la misma estaba aplastada, bajo a reclamar, y me dijeron que no sabían nada, y que la señora de limpieza se habia tomado un dia de descanso, y que presentara mi queja en el libro de reclamaciones. escribo y me dicen que me responderían al día siguiente, cosa que no cumplieron, 2 días despues respondieron diciendo que no me iban a dar ningun tipo de compensacion ni indemnizacion. Se intentaron excusar diciendo que la laptop no estaba abierta, sino cerrada, y que solo realizaron una limpieza basica, totalmente ilógico. se hace notar la falta de criterio de los empleados y del gerente mismo, no recomiendo en absoluto este hotel, además que el desayuno incluido es muy pobre y repetitivo (1 huevo, jugo de papaya y pan), asi todos los dias. Los empleados hacen notar su falta de profesionalismo.

El hotel sin duda es una maravilla, tiene muchas cosas, piscina, un área de estar muy boinita, pero lo que más destaco es la vista que obtuve desde mi habitación, fue una matrimonial y no tengo dudas de que fue maravillosa, no tengo quejas al respecto, superó mis expectativas, amanecer y poder ver al Misti y al Pichu Pichu fue realmente relajante, otro punto a su favor es el desayuno, muy delicioso e incluido, te sirven muchas cosas semejante a un buffet, agradecido también con la atención recibida, los jóvenes que nos atendieron fueron en todo momento muy amables y serviciales. Los únicos puntos en contra que encuentro son que no entendí el funcionamiento del agua caliente, funcionaba bien durante el día pero una noche quise bañarme a las 9:10 PM y ya no estaba caliente, probablemente habrá un horario de funcionamiento de la misma que no leí. Luego todo maravilloso! La cama muy cómoda y la vista hasta del baño era hermosa! Nota adicional: Está realmente cerca de muchas picanterías deliciosas como La Nueva Palomino y La Dorita, además de estar cerca del mirador de Yanahuara! Se llega caminando en 10 minutos máximo, a la plaza de armas llegué caminando y el camino es bellísimo, se llega en 15-25 minutos.
