Catalonia Royal Tulum Beach & Spa Resort Adults Only - All Inclusive

Tres bel hotel resort, avec de très bons restaurants et un service au petits soins. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la plage est magnifique.

Beware!!! The hotel is not what they show and say on the website. I paid for privileged room for my anniversary and got room with two double beds. The manager of the hotel was very rude and said that no other rooms available, that I have to wait for 2 to 3 hours, which is after check in time to get the room with king size bed. He wants you to give him some money to gets the rite room right away. The house beeping is poor. The only good thing was food and cocktails, very tasty. Don't pay extra for privileged room, not worth it. The are the same,as regular room wino perks. Please see the beach pictures attached. I don't recommend this hotel.

The beach is the best in the region; it cannot be beat! The pool is large and cozy all at the same time. There are plenty of chairs at the beach and pool side. The service is also the best in the region * with a special note for **Victor F.** at the front desk (he was very helpful with getting our group of 15 organized and taken care of with five star service), and **Marcelino** at the Sorrento poolside bar (he kept us well fed and well hydrated, along with many laughs). The food is very good; the best I have ever had at a resort. The cleaning staff, the gardening stuff all do an amazing job; the place is spotless and impeccable. Our search for an adults only resort down south is now complete. We will be coming back every year from now on!

We were here 10 years ago and we loved it. So we decided to come back. Everything is pretty much the same. Staff 5/5 , super friendly and professional Food 5/5, lot's of choice in buffet. Restaurants 5/5, reserve on the first day through the website. (See below) Entertainment 5/5 Rooms (we opted for the refurbished ones) 5/5. Downside (nothing bad here). 10 years ago they didn't have the "exclusive"class. All the resorts are found it so I guess they went with the flow. They will call you in your room to offer you a gift from the hotel and to push the exclusive program on you. We are seasoned travelers so we told them we weren't interested. The exclusive program gives you access to high shelf alcohol, menus at the restaurants and better seating (better view). In my opinion you can do without all of this (my opinion doesn't make me right). Overall we had a wonderful time, amazing food and very courteous staff that makes you want to come back to this unforgettable place. If you need help for the reservations though the website ask the front desk to do them for you Last thing the mattress we had needed to be changed. Highly recommend. Awesome week all together.

Rooms were spacious and clean. We were able to upgrade to Privilege, and we weren’t disappointed! The Spa was lovely. One of the best full body massages I’ve ever had. They even used aloe on my sunburnt back! It’s really helped. Loved the paths from the lobby to the beach. It’s like a safe walk through a mini jungle. I plan to return!

My daughter and I had a fabulous 10 nights at CRT After a long journey from the UK, we arrived to a glass of fruit juice and a cold hand towel. A mariachi band was playing in the reception. What a relief and how glad we were to be there.We were upgraded to a spacious newly refurbished room which was lovely. The beautiful pathway leading through the jungle grounds occasionally glimpsing the wildlife along the way, led to a wooden bridge lit at night to the pool area, some restaurants and the stunning beach. We ate in all the restaurants except Bloved as we hadn’t upgraded to privileged, each restaurant was different and all the food was excellent. We enjoyed our buffet breakfast and lunch at Palapa by the beach each day, which was fantastic. Questabel and Angeles there were so kind and helpful, an asset to the hotel . All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the entertainment led by Diego was fun. They did not hassle you if you weren’t interested. The hotel is such a great location for exploring the local areas. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
