I would say this is the best hotel I stayed at during my entire trip. There are plenty of dining options nearby, making it very convenient to find something to eat. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service to and from Xincheng International Airport, even for a single guest. They also provided a night snack and a breakfast package for early flights, which was a thoughtful touch. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip and highly recommend this hotel to others.

I had a very good stay at the hotel. Everything was great. Starting with my airport pick up (I landed  00:30), very clear and easy communication where to meet the driver etc. Hotel is located only 6 minutes drive from the airport so very convenient if you have a layover. The service was amazing, everyone was super polite and I also received a small gift at check in (some snacks and face masks). The room was quite big and very clean with comfortable beds. Unfortunately as I arrived pretty late so I skipped breakfast but it is also included in a price. The drop off to the airport was also included. I highly recommend and I will definitely stay again if I'm in Zhengzhou next time :)

Very spacious room. The staff provides good service. There’s butler service to the airport and the staff even prepared light snacks for us to bring to the airport since the hotel has not started providing breakfast. Recommended!

We stayed at a hotel very close to the airport, which was extremely convenient, especially for an early flight. The location made our travel much easier, allowing us to avoid long transfers and arrive at the terminal quickly and without stress. The hotel itself was comfortable and well organized, offering everything we needed for a short and practical stay. The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for resting before our journey. The staff were friendly and efficient, making both check-in and check-out quick and smooth. Their professionalism ensured that everything went seamlessly, which is exactly what you want when staying near an airport. Overall, it was a very convenient and pleasant experience. This hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and ease when traveling, especially for early departures or late arrivals.

The hotel staffs were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. As a solo traveler with heavy luggage, their assistance was both meaningful and much appreciated. They even prepared a takeaway breakfast for my early morning flight. The service rivals international hotel chains and, in many cases, exceeds what I have experienced in Europe. The only area for improvement is the bathroom, which lacked heating/AC and felt quite chilly during the winter.

Try out this new hotel beside my usual Atour, overall the stay is pleasant. The room is spacious，no phone in the room all under the control by 小度 even calling the front desk. The parking place is very limited, and try the basement carpark. The atmosphere is really a bit scary. Directly from the hotel lift to the basement carpark feels like exploring ******* house.🫣🫣., no light at the carpark and everywhere is damage sofa and very dirty.
