Vị trí của khách sạn nằm trong một môi trường tiêu chuẩn rất thấp và với mức phí đặt phòng và hình ảnh tôi thấy, đó là điều tôi mong đợi nhất. Cũng rất khó để tìm thấy vì nó nằm bên trong một trung tâm mua sắm và môi trường bên ngoài quá đông đúc. Khi tôi đến đó, dịch vụ quá thù địch so với sở thích của tôi, tôi không cảm thấy được chào đón chút nào. Căn phòng được thiết kế giống một căn hộ hơn là khách sạn, hoàn toàn không thuận tiện cho một kỳ nghỉ ngắn và dễ chịu. Vấn đề cuối cùng là không có wifi hoạt động, tôi đã yêu cầu cả nhân viên ban ngày và ban đêm giúp đỡ nhưng họ đưa ra cho tôi những lời giải thích tệ hại. Tôi cũng không thích việc nhân viên dọn phòng đánh thức tôi dậy trước 10 giờ và yêu cầu dọn phòng, và cô ấy đã vào trong rồi. Mở cửa mà không có sự đồng ý của tôi với tư cách là khách bên trong.

Excellent Hotel with a lot of freebies... During check-in, Hotel Staff Ms. Lai Li Ling took the efforts to explain all the hotel facilities. Thus, we are able to enjoy the afternoon high tea and also the late nigh snack before & after the shopping trip around ZhongSan shopping area. Pls maintain this type of communication and useful information Thanks again!

Really like this hotel although it's funny located inside a run down shopping mall. The hotel is very good they have a personal who attend to your needs and get down your wechat to make sure she's contactable. Hotel is close to many attractions. Recommended

Prime hotel location. Hotel shower room was good , as I very worry that they don’t have hot shower. But their shower room was good …. They have unlimited mineral water supply as I drink a lot of water. Liling is a very friendly person Overall their customer service is good !

The hotel is inside a mall and there is a McDonald’s which is very near to the hotel. The staff are very polite and professional. She upgraded our rooms for free which I deeply appreciate it! Besides that, free fruit platters were given to us and we were served with welcome drinks and hot hand towel upon arrival. The non-smoking rooms are awesome. The rooms were cleaned daily and they replenished the mineral water daily. Buffet breakfast, tea time and supper were provided daily so you don’t have to worry about food at all. Besides that, there are heaps of shops and eateries along the Zhong Shan walking street (which is very nearby to the hotel). Highly recommended to those who come to visit Xiamen and I will be back!

The hotel is very convenient, nearby shopping malls. Provides you free afternoon tea and late night supper (a bowl of noodles) … they also allow us to check in early and check out late till 2pm (: booked the family room and it comes with pikachu themed ^^

The hotel located in at very old shopping mall and the many shops in the mall have closed. The room is spacious but have some bad smell. There is no hanger in the bathroom. The breakfast does not have much choice and the restaurant is stinky. After staying for 1 nite, we canceled the booking for remaining 3 nites. Will not back again.

Great hotel with free tea and supper everyday. The spread is pretty good too. Very convenient location close to the main street and restaurants all around. The traditional style Chinese room is a bit dark. If you prefer more lighting, suggest to book the modern styled rooms.

Location was good as it is near to Zhongshan walking street. However the hotel is situated inside a mall and the soundproofing is not exactly great. There are often kids screaming and playing at night or even buskers singing. Not recommended if you need a quiet place to sleep. The Aircon duct was not cleaned as well and it was dusty in our duplex suite.
