Yunheyebo Hotel (South Gate of Bell and Drum Tower, Xi'an)

It was such a great stay. The location was good, the facilities were satisfactory enough. The room was wide and clean. Hotel staffs were also very friendly, especially the staff, Tian, was really impressive. She was very helpful for us who couldn’t speak Chinese at all. Through wechat, she always tried to help and cafe us. I really appreciate her kindness. Totally, it was wonderful experience. I want to stay here next time too.

I booked this hotel because of the stellar reviews and can I just say this hotel did not disappoint. The service has been truly exceptional! They add you on wechat, so communication was easy. I asked them anything and bless their hearts they have responded to all my silly questions and needs that include the location of a make up store, massage spa recommendation and even helped me when I got scammed. The room is really nice. I think I got the cheapest room but it is actually huge. It is very clean. My room and the entire hotel smelled so nice! They give me free breakfast! The food is different everyday! They also have a free laundry service! I felt so pampered! Location might not be ideal if you are using the metro. It is about a 10 min walk to the nearest metro and the south gate entrance of the city wall. But it wasn't really a big deal for me because I used Didi all the time. If you like Shopping, KSP is just a 5 min walk. And the other mall is about 7 mins. My stay in Xi'an was really special because of this hotel. Special thanks to all the staff who helped me and to the wechat team led by Shujie. To the girl, who encouraged me to go back to the store and try to ask for a refund - thank you so much. This hotel is beyond my expectation. The service is amazing. Every staff, Ms. Sung, Ms. Rong and other staff I did not get a chance to ask for their names, are very polite, friendly, and accommodating. Despite on the hotel description saying that the staff only speak Chinese, they are very eager to use translation app and communicate with me in English. Some staff's English is also very good. I did not have any trouble communicating with them. They also help me book Shaanxi Archaeology Museum tickets which has to be booked through Meituan. Other than the impeccable service, the hotel is very clean and spacious. They have fruits and snacks for us at the room everyday. On the night before we leave, the staff also brought us peach gum dessert. Overall I really enjoy my time here and if I come back to Xi'an I'll definitely stay here again!

The first time to stay in Xi 'an this hotel, the overall feeling is very good, but also gave us a free upgrade room type, very good! My stay was absolutely wonderful. The level of service they provide is exceptional. When my Taobao parcel was delivered to a different address (outside the hotel), one of the staff went out of their way to retrieve it for us—truly incredible service! I also have to mention how much I loved their breakfasts and evening desserts. Plus, they frequently refill the water bottles, so we never had to worry about running out. The availability of warm water bottles was especially thoughtful, perfect for staying warm in the chilly weather. This hotel is incredibly considerate and attentive to guests' needs. If I ever visit Xi’an again, I would definitely stay here!

Very good experience at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean with water always provided. Good selection at breakfast and even let us stay later than our check out time. The location is good and lots of local shops nearby. We would recommend and book again. Thanks Jie Purple who helped us😊
