This hotel was one of the best I habe ever been! The service is outstanding. On my last day I could not have a breakfast so they made me a lunch box! Thanks again!

An Unforgettable Stay – Perfect in Every Way! Our stay at Xi’an Guangcheng Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and we were even offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning city view.   The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like the high-quality toiletries and the daily housekeeping service.   The hotel’s amenities were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a great variety of options. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, with fresh pastries, made-to-order omelets, and a wide selection of fruits and juices.   Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t have been better. It was within walking distance of major attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The concierge was also very helpful in recommending local activities and arranging transportation for us.   What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive. A special shout-out to Ms. Zhang at front desk who made our stay extra memorable with their warmth and attention to detail.   We can’t recommend Xi’an Guangcheng Hotel enough and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Xi’an, China!

We spent two nights in this fantastic hotel. It is very close to the city centre and about 200m from a metro station. The breakfast is pleasantly varied with several chefs who can cook whatever you like. The room has a fantastic view large windows and there are several services included such as spa, pool and an entertainment room. We had no problem communicating with the staff in English. We also tried the dinner with raw fish, meat, chinese cousine but not limited to. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The customer services were very good. The location is good, just next to MRT.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The facilities including the gym and the swimming pool are very good. It's about 10-12min drive to the Muslim quarter and other attractions in the old town. Overall, it's a great place to stay in Xian

攜程上預訂的這家酒店，重點考慮的是出行便利，周邊地鐵、機場巴士站點、共享單車應有盡有。不遠處一個豐慶公園，很適合喜歡早起的人去鍛鍊和體驗當地人的生活風情。離此不遠有個小巷子，名叫八佳路/明覺巷，裏面數不清的水果攤點、小吃店。 第一次體驗西安的這家五星級酒店，給人的感覺是“賓至如歸”。從點滴細節中可以看出酒店在服務上的體貼入微和用心。剛入住的時候在房間吧枱為客人預備了一小碟果盤；留言簿旁邊擺放了一張全手寫的關懷卡片。房間每日清理打掃完還鄭重地在床上擺設了一個富有創意的鮮花飾品，結束一天的奔波回來後，看到此情此景真讓人眼前一亮。酒店內部裝飾裝修以棕色中式仿古風為主色調，透出穩重和優雅的意味。酒店的自助餐廳開設在一樓電梯旁，內部格調雅緻，餐食擺放合理有序，品種豐富，加上服務人員熱情周到，體驗感極好。5樓是有個室內游泳池的，圓形的，水深1.2米，可惜這次沒帶泳具，下次來了再體驗。

酒店裝修大氣有格調，房間整潔衞生，設施齊全，安靜舒適，服務熱情周到，早餐豐盛，還送小盤水果，賓至如歸。出行非常方便，附近還是大唐西市，轉着也很有意思，收藏，收藏！

酒店的位置絕佳，出行便利，入住期間，前台小姐姐（姓楊）服務貼心，幫忙規劃遊玩路線，解決各種問題。房間的景色絕美，拉開窗簾，城市美景盡收眼底。餐廳菜品精緻，食材新鮮，烹飪入味，這次入住體驗堪稱一流，強烈推薦！
