One of my favourite hotels in Xi’an, rooms are well equipped, large, clean however it’s extremely warm in the room due to the mandatory heating, and particularly uncomfortable. They even brought an AC unit to the room, and unlocked the window but it didn’t make a lot of difference. Breakfast and evening buffet were lovely with extensive options, hotel also gave voucher for free coffee/drink, which was lovely. Great mall next to hotel with lots of restaurants. Spa on the 7th floor is lovely, thoroughly enjoyed Thai massage. Gym and pool were good, although changing room hygiene could improve. Will stay again, but not when government heating it turned on.

The room is beautifully decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean and with fantastic amenities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There’s really almost nothing bad to say, apart from I felt the AC in the room wasn’t great, especially considering the standard of everything else. We never turned the AC off and it was set as low as it would go, despite this the room never got below 24°c, this was a manageable temperature for us but we would have preferred it cooler. If I were to really pick fault, I’d like to see hand soap and a hand towel in the toilet area, as well as the main bathroom, plus the HDMI wall connection didn’t work so I had to pull out the TV to connect to the HDMI port on the back; certainly both very small critiques.

It was very pleasant to stay at InterContinental Xi'an North. The location is very near to Subway and a step to the On city mall. The room very spacious and clean. Big bed and very comfort (we like hard bed), The breakfast is good, but need more variety of food. All staff are very helpful. Specially Ms. Carolyn and Tom, They help us to find local tour.

Great location in Xian to connect to the airport and railway station. breakfast options however are limited and room is little bit simple.

Best stay we had at Xi’an, stayed for 2 nights and wished we’ve stayed longer but our itinerary is short. I should mention Amanda who helped us in checking in and offered us great upgrade! The view in our room was spectacular! Thank you Amanda! Also upon checking out early morning, Caroline helped us get a didi service to the airport! Thank you Caroline! Thank you Intercontinental Xi’an North! Great great service and facilities!
