Hotel is well furnished. The room is clean with vintage historical vibes. Very near to XiAn wall. We love the vibrant vibes here. The boss is very welcoming and helpful giving recommendations to nice eating spots. He also assist us in locating our Didi pick up spot. Before we reached hotel, boss also assisted us in receiving our taobao packages. We were truly moved. Fantastic hotel. We will return if we were to visit XiAn again. Thank you all for the excellent hospitality.

Simply love the place! My children are really happy with the minsu that they do not want to leave. The location is good. Staff is friendly.

Great hotel. Manager was brilliant. She can speak English and makes the best flat whites. The room we booked was little tight. But worth the money spent. The terrace and courtyard area are superb to soak a bit of sun in the winter/autumn. Easily accessible via car. Car drops you 30 seconds from the hotel.

Location is very convenient, and it is right next to the city wall. Staff are friendly and helpful. As we have an infant, they even tried to contact us before check-in to ask if we are alright with the room type, as one of the room may experience some noise due to the bar downstairs. Friends and I are very satisfied and impresses with both the interior room environment as well as the exterior as a whole! Only thing is the shower area has a musty smell, but you can leave the doors open to air it. Generally a comfortable ambience, with rooftop access where you can view part of the city wall.

Great hotel right next to the city walls by the south gate. Nice to be in a small homestay instead of a big hotel. The hosts gave us a bowl of chicken soup when we arrived. Very stylish place, nice and quiet with friendly, helpful staff.

We had a really nice stay at simple Palace. We stayed with friends at the apartment with 2 bedrooms and it was very comfy. The rooftop terrace was also very nice!

One of the best stay I had in China. Each pax was give a free tea/coffee as a welcome drink. The rooms are clean and spacious. One of the room could hear the noises from the bars downstairs but it didn't hindered us as we were too tired and slept soundly. The rooftop seating area provided a good view and it a great place to relax. The place is also functioning as a small cafe, so we could ordered food and drinks and have it at the rooftop area. Apart from the rooms/layouts, the best experience we had was with the hosts. The host was very kind, friendly to talk with and informative.

Our stay here was great. The location inside the walls of Xi'an was great. The space was neat and had a nice charm to it. The courtyard outside the room is beautiful and it is very relaxing to come back after a long day. The one downside is that it is located on top of and near some bars, and the BNB itself is also a cafe. So at night time you can hear the live music from the bars and the people above you walking around and moving their chairs. I think this inconvenience is factored into the price, and so it's fair enough. The shower area was moulding on the curtains and the grout, didn't seem all that clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, went above and beyond to make sure the stay was good. And the drinks at the cafe are delectable.
