The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a lot of bottled water available, which we really appreciated, and the gym was also quite impressive for what a hotel usually offers. The staff were also very helpful in ensuring our stay was as positive as it could be and patiently guided us in connecting to their Wi-Fi when we were having troubles doing so. The hotel itself is right next to the metro and just one stop away from the Xi'an North Railway Station, but is a bit of a distance away from a lot of the tourist attractions that are closer to the city center. Given Didi is so accessible however, the distance from other attractions wasn't a major issue. Overall my stay here was very positive and I enjoyed the experience very much.

Great room and great service. enjoy my stay in park plaza hotel. i would like to suggest the food to have more variety perhaps some different food each day specially for long staying guest can enjoy different food each day. location is great just next to metro station and one station away from Xian North Main station almost can reach anywhere from the hotel.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were friendly, some of the receptionists spoke very good English which made communication easy. The hotel is new and modern, the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient for those travelling by plane and high speed train. Yuanshuo road subway station right in front of the hotel which connects to the airport and Xian north train station.
The most impressed us was that we had a late flight so we requested a late check out. The staff allowed us to be delayed for 4 hours so we could rest before our flight. Thank you so much for the great service.

One station from XianbeiZhan with very little walk. Delicious restaurant and convenient store nearby. Free washer and dryer. They even offer to wash your clothes in the daytime. I got a free room upgrade, plenty space to pack stuffs. Free Wifi is Jinjianghotel group, a liitle hard for me foreigner to use (possibly a new policy), but the staffs are very kind and helped us out with all their might. A/C is smart, fast, and quiet. Toilet is warm. Room is clean. Breakfast is filling with acceptable variety. Left luggage is also a plus for us. Some staffs speak good English, but all are helpful and are willing to make my stay wonderful. This hotel will be my first choice in my future stay in North Xian.

I stayed at this hotel because it’s close to the train station, the location is convenient and there are restaurant infront of the hotel. The staff was very nice and professional. The breakfast was very good, the food tasted fresh and flavorful, most hotels all food tastes the same. They even delivered us some extra fruit to the room. Iwould definitely stay there again if I’m in Xian.

Well , what can I say , it’s impressive for the totally experience. Lovely breakfast and friendly service. They have provided excellent service as you wish and more than you expected. Compare with those self-righteous western countries,we are the best one . Go for it !
