The hotel is new and walking distance from the Zhonglou subway station. The housekeeping personnel always forgot to replenish items in the room.

Nice hotel, quite clean. Walkable distance to the metro station. Breakfast also very nice even though the canteen is a bit small, but able to meet most of the demands. Room is also quite big and able to house the family with 2 queen size beds, can do the self laundry service also, which is very convenient for family travelling guests.
It is just the cleaner started the service a bit too early while we were still asleep around 9.30am, through our whole stay of 5 days, the cleaner seems to forget cleaning the tea cups for us. Other than that, nothing too much to complain, good hotel for family travelling.

My wife and I stayed in this Manxin Hotel Bell Tower for 6 nights. When we first checkin, we found that the room allocated to us was very warm. We then opened the window trying to let some cold air in but found to be noisy outside where there were some renovation works in progress. We then complained to the reception and one of the staff attended to us immediately and got our room changed. We must said all the staffs at the reception in this hotel are very attentive, friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast menus were reasonably good but mainly chinese menus. Location is good, about 15 minutes walk to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. Closest subway station is Beidajie less then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The room is clean and nicely furnished. Toilet and bath are separated which is good. This hotel provides free self laundries services, the washer and dryer are efficient. This hotel is new, opened in 2024. Hope they keep it up to maintain the property well and if so, we highly recommended this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is at a good location. The staff is kind and polite. We stayed in Beijing also in a Manxin hotel and personally we found the staff in Beijing more helpful. And a tiny thing; the staff gave all the customers a little bag (with a little present or so?), only not to us. It was a bit rude, we didn’t like this.

The hotel is brand new, luxurious. The bedrooms are fantastic, location is also top tier. We highly recommend it. Bed are so comfortable, we rested well there.

Excellent. Super new and clean. Spacious, Modern decor. Bed firm, with different pillow options. Sound insulation was good, so no traffic noise. Heat insulation excellent too. Was here in end nov (temperature of 5-10 degree Celsius), and didn’t even turn on the heat in the room. location convenient, between 2 metro stations with main tourist metro lines. Walking distance to drum tower, Muslim street and old city wall. Breakfast had good variety. Staff was very helpful. Excellent for the price. No complaints. Highly recommend.
