The hotel is located inside the Nian Hua Wan attraction site. The facility and service are excellent. The breakfast provides plenty of good quality food. The swimming coach, 张教练，is helpful and friendly, making the stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Everything about the hotel iwas great. It was clean the food is good. The only problem was on the first day that it’s needed to buy the ticket to enter the scenic park area where the hotel is located and we didn’t know.

Hello. It's my familys 2nd visit to 'Nianhua Bay polomydo Hotel in Wuxi'. Cause the facility/location/show in the park is really good. So I kindly. recommend who want to visit Wuxi in China. And this time the manager 'Shanshan( 姗姗)', She helped a lot... Sharing the valuable information. Arranging a beautiful room... etc. Really appreciated!!

It was the best place I've been to recently. The hotel room is clean and the breakfast is delicious. I liked the room service, too. I want to visit a place that was full of things to see and eat for 2 days.👍

The hotel is in a scenic location and very close to the Wuxi lake and Lingshan Buddha, the local food was great and the staff were very friendly. There were a few downsides, the all-day dining restaurant was closed, the restaurants in the village closed very early and very few staff spoke English or even knew who to direct us to for help. The staff however, after a few mistakes, went out of their way to help us and resolve some of the issues. The gentleman working at the pool area was great, the swimming pool and billiard room were awesome. The village had many shows throughout the day, many cafes and a lot of cute cats that were really friendly.

During our stay at this hotel, our family stayed comfortably thanks to our employee, Ms Cynthia. She kept us informed and helped us. Thanks to her after checking out, I looked around comfortably. My family would like to visit this hotel again because of the kind Ms. Cynthia.I'll be back after winter. Stay healthy until then

The place is really beautiful and peaceful. If you're looking for a place for a family staycation, this is a great place for you, because there's a lot of fun activities that you can experience. The room is really good as well and the food (especially breakfast) is beyond expectation. We definitely go back again here.

Stayed 2 nights, even the weather was not very good but enough to have wonderful experience. COVID 19 management of Wuxi was terrible for foreigners, but still want to visit this place again when spring comes. Special thanks to Cynthia, she was really nice and helpful during stay.

If you don’t speak Chinese ask for Cynthia! Many thanks to you we will definitely come back because of you. Generally speaking Hotel fulfill western standards and the staff is really nice. Our room keeper was Ms Shen Liqin, although did not speak English she brought everything we needed and exchanged the fridge by herself!!! at the restaurant you might find English speakers as well. We recommend to expend one everything in the village and watch the entertainment. Parking in the hotel is convenient. Natural orange juice in the breakfast would had been 6 stars ;-)

We had amazing two days stay in this beautiful & calming hotel! Also all the workers’ incredible hospitality (especially from Ms.Sarah) even made our stay so special!!! Can’t wait to go back and will recommend to our friends.

Although only one member who spoke English at reception. Staff was helpful. Room service took a while because of language problem. But generally staff attitude was excellent. Swimming pool and spa area was also brilliant. The only thing I didn’t like was the free shuttle was free for all but that’s not the hotel organization. Just locals had no manners and don’t really know how to behave or queue.
