Thank you for letting us have a memorable stay. The lake view scenery is simply breathtaking. And compliments to Derek the hotel manager who goes all out to ensure all our needs are met and making our stay comfortable. Very spacious and beautiful room. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at Lushan West Sea Resort at the end of June this year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked a pool villa with sea views and were blown away by the quality and size of the villa, the beautiful private pool and of course the sea view. The service and care we received at the resort was very good. We were a bit worried on our first night, as when we went to the restaurant the wait staff kept telling us that they did not have any of the dishes we wanted to order available. From a multiple page menu, it seemed that only a few items were actually available. Luckily, our driver, Vincent, who helped us get around the resort came to the rescue and came up with a plan. He helped communicate with the chef to develop a menu for our stay which had all the items that would be available. He then helped us to pre-order our dinners each night to guarantee the food we wanted would be ready on our arrival. We also want to mention that once we arrived at the restaurant each night, our waitress, Laura, provided us with amazing service. She was always friendly and attended to our needs with a smile. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

湖景房景色真的是絕 希爾頓的服務依舊到位，進出都是由電瓶車接送，因為我和我家閨蜜比較懶，多一步路也不想走，不過我們在電瓶車上看到的綠化就是滿分 整個酒店像是個大公園，每一步都有驚喜 相對來説蚊蟲也比較多，當然酒店也配有電蚊香 中餐廳的菜品在我能接受的範圍，我同行的閨蜜倒是很喜歡 唯一的遺憾，我沒有多住幾天！！！ 接待我的前台是Yami和ida，這兩天也進行回訪，對用户體驗很上心

感謝前台把房間升級了湖景房，從踏入度假村的那一刻起，就彷彿進入了一個世外桃源。周邊環境優美寧靜，遠離了城市的喧囂與紛擾。 度假村的設施堪稱一流。房間寬敞明亮，佈置得温馨舒適。床品柔軟乾淨，衞生間也十分整潔，各種用品一應俱全； 強烈建議定含有早餐的房間，餐廳裝修很有格調，食材新鮮，口感上乘，很值得。 服務無可挑剔，前台Yami和Ida服務很熱情，很詳細的介紹周圍的特點，熱情友好，專業周到。無論何時何地，在度假村遇到，他們總是面帶微笑，每次出行，車接車送，效率很高。從辦理入住到退房，整個過程都非常順暢高效。

第一次入住，本以為目的地途中的簡單休憩地，入住後意外，竟有如此境地，喜來登酒店管理下，將自然環境的靜，美融入到對賓客的尊重和呵護，特別是酒店Ellen女士，讓本地入住喜愛甚佳，以後都市生活疲憊了，可以繼續來住。

人員服務質量很棒 房間寬敞明亮 非常適合消遣放鬆 估計為了私隱在房間的兩側種了一些樹木 對湖景有些遮擋 如果能清理一下 再開闊些視野就完美了

管家Justin非常熱情，住店前提前加了微信告知提示各種事項，入住後隨時提供服務。之前入住的房間因潮濕有味道，跟管家説後立馬給換了房間。客房很寬敞，臨湖風景優美，酒店中餐廳的味道不錯，是個不錯的度假酒店哦。

首先酒店整體環境綠化都很好真的是大自然的天然氧吧，房間空間衞生都非常不錯，沒有異味和煙味，這點很重要。然後酒店工作人員態度都很好，畢竟培訓很專業哈哈哈！雖然地方很大，但是擺渡車都挺快到達接送，可以做到出門上車，下車進門。最重要的是！日初真的很美！！

房間非常非常漂亮，寂靜的獨棟別墅，客廳卧室陽台都可以看到西海。 還沒到酒店管家Y先生就提前聯繫安排，提出的洗衣服務酒店雖然沒有，但是也幫忙安排車送衣服到縣城裡洗。 假期兩天非常非常開心， 下次還會來。謝謝Y先生😊
