Very nice hotel in Wuhu. I stayed for one night. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The open floor plan is interesting and enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom area. The bed was comfortable and large enough for me (6’5”). Breakfast had a large variety to select from, and enjoyed the Chinese dishes the most. The hotel is located right next to the river, and I enjoyed walking on the boardwalk. Great place to stay.

Great hotel - wonderful location with amazing view, clean and spacious rooms, and good service. Pool was great too, warm even during winter time (changing rooms rather chill though). Breakfast was pretty decent, including some choices for western breakfast. Overall experience is great, totally recommend this hotel if you plan trip to Wuhu

The check in was quick with good English speaking front desk. Rooms are stylish with very confortable bed and not smelly at all and the bathroom has all the necessary amenities. The gym is well equipped with multi power station, leg press, Shoulder press machine , pectoral flying machine and rear delt machine, biceps machine and dump bell station up to 20kg. Breakfast has western available options There is a nice shopping mall next to the hotel

事先説明， 這個差評是給早餐麪食攤位的阿姨的， 但也説明瞭整體管理水平。 早餐和阿姨説， 餛燉一份裏幫我多煮一些，但是阿姨根本沒聽，還是煮了原有的分量， 我又説了一遍，多煮一些根本不聽。 然後騷操作開始了， 她把灶台上不知道放了多久已經煮熟的餛燉直接倒到新煮的餛燉裏， 我説為啥不能都是新煮的，這些餛燉都放了好久，你不能這個倒進去， 她説那這個餛燉不就浪費..而且態度非常不好， 意思是我浪費了她的餛燉。而且非常不耐煩 我説浪費不是我的問題，是你的問題我為啥要承擔你浪費的問題。然後就是特別討厭的表情 本來酒店一切都好， 就是這個早餐影響了整個早餐的品質 最後一張圖就是這個檔口 不知道她怎麼想的 和酒店投訴也不搭理我了

我第一次給酒店那麼差的評分，這家酒店絕對的服務不專業！ 作為攜程金鑽及IHG老會員，我非常負責任的説，這是我住酒店以來最差勁的酒店，沒有之一！ 一、酒店算是當地數一數二的五星級了，但是當我們把車開到酒店門口，他們家的門僮就站在車子旁邊，沒有拉車門，更別説主動卸行李了，我很詫異！但是這個門僮目測年紀應該不小了，我也不好意思有什麼要求了。 二、在酒店裡叫外賣，外賣到了很久沒人給我打電話通知我，打電話問外賣員，外賣員説送到前台告知了房間號前台説會聯繫房客。暫且不追究外賣員的責任，那前台的工作人員是不是有義務打個電話通知一下我？而且我的房號就寫在上面了？ 三、也是讓我破防程度最大的一次。最後一天退房，退了預授權的按金，少我80元，然後我再打電話詢問，告知我用了吧枱的飲料，當時我就説，我不會吃你們的飲料，服務員反應態度很快：哦，那我們扣錯了，稍後會還給您，抱歉！好吧，這個稍後有多快，足足等了一個多星期！然後打電話給攜程平台投訴，才在投訴後的第三天還給我了！這個惡劣程度大家可想而知吧！ 其他我也不説什麼了，大家自己去選擇吧，這個價格，當地還有別的更值得的酒店去選擇，幫大家避雷！

28號早上8點下了高鐵8:30就到酒店 來的時候就有心理預期肯定不能即刻辦理入住 因為沒有到退房時間嘛 到了後前台告知我現在馬上給我搶掃一間出來給我 在大廳沙發上坐了一會 前台的菇涼給我送來了一杯熱拿鐵☕️ 進入房間發現打掃完還有水印和有一丟丟氣味 就電話前台了 客房經理Kevin很及時響應也很真誠善意的站在客户角度 主動的服務意識非常強 知道我很困立馬説幫我免費升級房型不打擾我休息！ 在換房的過程中他已經幫我把我要的枕頭和歡迎果盤放到新的房間裏了 真的很暖心很安心！ 謝謝你！作為地地道道蕪湖人 回到家鄉感受到你們賓至如歸的服務以及真誠待人的態度心裏很開心 最後希望酒店可以給予鼓勵！！ 讓認真工作的人都能聽見迴音！！！
