This is the first time we came to Wuhan and we received great hospitality from this hotel. The hotel is clean with great amenities and I want specially thanks Miyan Dang and Thomas Tang for helping us to order Mei Tuan. We are both foreigner and basically we cannot order any food via the Mei Tuan app. Thanks to both the Westin staffs for helping us to order our dinner and branch and send up to our room. They even let us extend our room until 2pm instead of normal check out time.

The hotel is nit new but well maintained. Nothing much nearby other than some food outlet and a beautiful river. I can heard birds chirping in the morning even when I’m staying at 17 floor.

We enjoy our stay at Westin Wuchang. Besides its comfortable beds, we are delighted to Ho ed with the services provided. Special thanks to James Wang and Nikon, two Golden Key members in the hotel. I would recommend The Westin Wuchang strongly

Hotel is a little old. Need renovation. Service staff was excellent. Romm air conditioning was not strong. Near subway and transport is convenient.

Booked a river view executive room but the executive lounge wasn't in operation. In exchange, evening drinks and snacks were served in the lobby cafe. Rather unimpressive.

Suggest to my colleagues

They said that we drink the water in the Refrigerator, but we didn't, and they said we will give the money back to you, and said you can wait three days and we will give back the money . And then we wait and wait ,about three days the money didn't give back to us , and then I thought that they were to busy, but then I wait about one week and more they didn't give back the money to us, the time that we check out date is 7.13 but now is 7.21 whenever we called them they said wait three days or more but we are been waiting so long that we are not sure that they will give us the money back. So I think that they were so Unreliable tht they didn't do the things and they didn't said that they did it .

The view from my room was amazing..the breakfast was excellent…and I had the opportunity to meet this intelligent and smart ladies Joyce and Karyn all thanks to you…you guys made my stay in wuhan memorable

The Yina very. Good

The hotel is located changjiang river side with a beautiful view. Great aesthetic interior and I got some awsome New Year pictures to mark 2022. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a large selection of Western and Asian food choices. Overall a great hotel.

All good. Only one problem: room extremely hot! Even if it was winter. One cannot sleep with 26degrees in the room! The A/C didn’t make any difference, it just added a bothering noise.
