Hotel is well located. Room are spacious and elegant. Overall i had amazing stay experience. staff is courteous and hospitable especially Zhikang and Carrie from Reception. Thanks for Wuhan style souvenir from Evan Reception. We definitely will come back again.

The service apartment is very new, room decoration, appliances are in tip-toe condition. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Checking-in and out were smooth. Hotel is accessible to subway line #4 which brings you easily to nodes of high-speed railway stations. Hotel is also situated above the shopping mall which offers variety of food, entertainment and shopping venues. The Wanya restaurant in the hotel serves breakfast from 7am to 11am with western, Chinese and local food. Free brealfast was offered to my child out of goodwill during my stay. Liked the wash-dry washing machine, it saved me from washing and drying of winter clothes.

Apartments have a great location. There is a mall in the. Building as well as tube station. You can find delicious food, hairdressers, as well as grocery store in mall.

Everything was OK except: - very positive: superior service during the breakfast done by Ivy Zhou, with her very good english and excellent service - negative: very poor Wifi, inacceptable for such kind of apartment hotel, where wifi is expected to be at the best

體驗感非常好，房間佈置温馨，智能家電用着順手，小廚房啥都有，夜宵煮碗熱乾麪美滋滋～下樓就是商圈，奶茶火鍋隨時打卡，地鐵站幾步路超方便。服務也超級貼心，外賣都幫忙送上門！最後感謝魏敏小姐姐的認真熱情的服務，除了酒店基本介紹還親自送下樓並推薦周邊好吃好玩的。

非常美好的住宿體驗。服務貼心，有主動意識，看我帶孩子東西多，主動幫忙提拿。忘記東西，又特意下樓幫取。乾淨、便捷（樓下就是大商超）。關鍵還可以帶寵物，我的貓咪很開心。5分推薦！

公寓位於萬達未來中心兩棟塔樓之一。車停在商場停車場B2層，車雖多，但總能在公寓電梯廳附近找到車位。公寓電梯可直通商場，購物、就餐方便。客房裝修很新，二室一廳雙衞，廚房、冰箱、洗衣機等居家設備齊全。家庭自駕高品質之選。
