Very nice stay, room was very clean as always, I had my own extension lead as there is no power socket next to bed, may be designed such for health and safety reasons, but management needs to look into this or there should be extension leads available for clients.

Clean hotel to stay .friendly staff at check in and this was quick.room size very good and clean,only downfall would have been to have a bottle of water in the rooms for making my cup of coffee.

First stay at this hotel and probably the last. Awful grotty room in dire need of a refurb. Filthy carpets in not the room and the corridors. Noise from other guests for most of the night. Had to battle through the mass of smoke from smokers outside the front door in the morning. Avoid!

Terrible 2 night stay at this hotel. Arrived at 9.10pm to be told that no food was available despite the the website saying food was available until 10pm. Bed not made after the first night, towels not changed either. Loud trains shooting by over night also meant a terrible nights sleep.

Very pleased with everything, location spot on for where we were joining family and friends, overall a good experience

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst we explored nearby National Trust sites. Other than it being near a high speed train track which could disturb your sleep sometimes, everything else was great. Cleanliness is spot on and very important to me. Breakfast was lovely although I would have liked the option for a quieter area if dining alone like other Premier Inns have offered me elsewhere. Great parking and petrol station nearby and Greggs. All very handy and great location for some of the best National Trust sites like Sittinghurst, Knole, Ightham Mote, One Tree Hill View point and we travelled to Scotney too. Overall a great value stay and highly recommended.

Second visit in past 4 weeks again can’t fault the facilities / parking / staff etc Staff were lovely and polite and couldn’t do enough for you ! mrs Cole was helpful as always , be back to stay this August again for sure and for the future family or buissiness trips

Really pleased with everything at this hotel , from the parking to the rooms . When we checked in we were met with a smile and Carol was happy to tell us about different places to eat and visit in the area . Will use this hotel next time we are in the area .

What can I say I have never visited a hotel with such a high standard of cleanliness it smelt lovely The staff go above and beyond to assist you . I would like to give a special shout to the blonde haired receptionist (didn't catch her name) who gave us detailed information regarding areas to visit locally. What a lovely helpfull lady staff are amazing here. Would recommend if in the area to visit this Hotel.
