不推薦！ 1. 房間外面就是電車，缺沒有把隔音做好，一直聽到電車聲音 2. 房間網路上照片有浴缸，實際是沒有的！！ 3. 飯店有寫桑拿服務，實際上也是沒有的！！ 4. 房間暖氣實際上是冷氣，房間一點都不暖和！ 5. 早餐一顆星，但三天早餐完全沒變化！ 有這個預算拜託不要選這間！！

브로츠와프 구시가지에서 멀지 않아 접근성이 좋았고 직원들이 친절하였습니다. 조식 시에 투숙객이 많아 음식이 모두 소비되었을 때 신속하게 리필이 되지 않아 좀 기다리는 경우가 있었는데 2명이 서빙하기에는 어려움이 있어 보였고 직원이 충원되어야 할 것 같았습니다. 전반적으로 넓고 쾌적한 호텔이었습니다.

I stayed in a twin room one night here with my daughter and I think it's a very pleasant hotel. Room was large with a good bathroom and nice beds. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast had everything you needed. I will definitely book a stay here the next time I visit Wroclaw. The one and only negative I can think of is that the windows are a bit thin and all the noise from the outside was heard easily and since we had a room facing the big street there was a little noise.

A very nice room with a lot of space - and so the bathroom. Everything is clean and good. For me the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety; with a good price. The staff is very friendly! The city center is nearby and reachable by walking. The parking garage is very small: Better to have a small car (but with parking slots also outside).

Very good hotel, best hotel room that we have stayed in, toys for our kids in the room, very clean and elegance room, comfy beds, good bathroom and breakfast, free water in a bottles when we arrived to our room. This hotel exceeded our expectations, we will absolutely stay here again when we come next time to Wroclaw

The Bed is very comfortable and the room was very clean. I was really positive suprised that we got without asking toys for our 1 year old child to play. The placement of the hotel is very good as from here you can go anyway by feet to the central old town.

Very nice and clean room with all necessary amenities. Great breakfast buffet with excellent choices. Breakfast team very friendly and attentive and generally helpful hotel staff. Hotel is in really short walking distance to the old city centre. Room windows can not be opened but air conditioning available.

Great location, across the street to the old town and tram stop outside. Very spacious room. Plentiful selection at breakfast. Pleasant, efficient staff. Only slight negative was the lack of a lounge area where the 6 of us could meet and discuss our day.

After reading many great reviews on the hotel l decided to book the Classic double room, 1 double bed with a city view for a 5-night stay with breakfast included. The hotel is in a great location and say 5 min walk to the Wroclaw Market Square and restaurants. Had large room which was well maintained with a comfortable bed and had no problem sleeping at night. It was a great decision to include breakfast in my stay as it was convenient for me as it offers many choices and l did enjoy each meal l did have. A great way to start the day off. The main reason l rate the hotel so highly is the staff who work there who are the soul of the hotel and make this a special place to stay at and appreciate everything they did for me.

Would have given the hotel 5 stars as the breakfast was great, location good as 5 min walk to main square the only downside for us was the room was too hot, we turned air on completely off as you could only turn down 1.5c on hotel temp and no windows to open, this is our preference as we like a cool bedroom to sleep. Other than this the hotel was perfect, staff very helpful with getting around using trams etc

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, a 5 min walk to the winter markets and centre of Wroclaw, and only a 5 minute walk from the bus stop from the airport (106) which I also highly recommend as a cheap and easy option to get to the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. They left out toys and a tent for my children which was really appreciated and a lovely gesture! The sauna was easy to book and really enjoyable! Would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are travelling with children. Also the breakfast buffet was delicious :)

All the best. Breakfast ist good. Staff very friendly. We got a 2nd bed Cover. The gateway to underground parking range was little bit small. You have to maneuver. Alternatively, you can park outdoors. There are more than enough parking spaces.

Hotel was in a brilliant location, five minute walk to the old town square, tram stop was right outside the entrance. We were give cake on check in and staff had umbrella’s to use if it was raining. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. You could hear some noise from the road outside but not enough to keep us awake.

The Europeum is on the outskirts of the Old Town and the city centre can be reached within 5 minutes from the hotel. It is a modern hotel with all the amenities you could expect. Its sited on a busy ring road which had little impact on our 2nd floor bedroom which overlooked this road. The bed was very comfortable. The room was cosy and the shower was as warm as you could expect it to be. It was maintained to a high standard of cleaniless. Breakfast was everything you could ask for. Unfortunately we were dissapointed with the cooked breakfast items, grilled tomatoes, fried eggs, hash browns etc as they were often warm rather than hot and should have been replaced more often than they were.Potentially this aspect of the breakfast we were offered could have been excellent.
