不推薦！ 1. 房間外面就是電車，缺沒有把隔音做好，一直聽到電車聲音 2. 房間網路上照片有浴缸，實際是沒有的！！ 3. 飯店有寫桑拿服務，實際上也是沒有的！！ 4. 房間暖氣實際上是冷氣，房間一點都不暖和！ 5. 早餐一顆星，但三天早餐完全沒變化！ 有這個預算拜託不要選這間！！

브로츠와프 구시가지에서 멀지 않아 접근성이 좋았고 직원들이 친절하였습니다. 조식 시에 투숙객이 많아 음식이 모두 소비되었을 때 신속하게 리필이 되지 않아 좀 기다리는 경우가 있었는데 2명이 서빙하기에는 어려움이 있어 보였고 직원이 충원되어야 할 것 같았습니다. 전반적으로 넓고 쾌적한 호텔이었습니다.

The hotel is in a good location and is in nice condition. The issue is that the room i was in was far too hot. This has been mentioned in lots of reviews. The window cannot be opened and I had the fan (no air-con) on at the coldest setting and it was still to hot. I barely slept for two nights. I turned all heating down and after 1st night and it made no difference.

Very nice hotel overall. It’s in a great location only a short walk from the market square. Tram line right outside the door with direct connections to the train station and the zoo. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. Room was nice overall with one caveat- it was so hot! We turned down the temperature control all the way but didn’t seem to make a difference. Made it hard to sleep.

Stayed at this hotel over Christmas. The hotel is well situated just off the main square and within easy walking distance of all the main sights. For anything further away, the tram line is right outside the hotel. The room was bright, spacious and immaculately clean. Huge bathroom too. Breakfast was a buffet with choices to cater for all tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that there are no opening windows to let a bit of fresh air into your room. Yes, there is heating and/or air conditioning but I like a few minutes of fresh air, even in cold December! My fault, I should have checked beforehand. Also, a lack of communal lobby meant we had to wait in reception by the door after check out until our pick up arrived, not a huge issue but sparse seating for hotel guests. The bar was closed when we visited but no doubt that was due to it being the Christmas period. Not an issue as there are plenty of bars in the town. A nightcap back at your hotel is sometimes nice to have, but sadly not during our stay.

Very nice stuff, perfect location,very close to old town market square,clean and quiet,good price. Breakfast is good enough. It was a little problem with the room, which was cold,but the reception changed the room without any problems. A very beautiful view from the room.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay at Europeum Hotel. It is located across the road from the Old Town and all sights and attractions are in a walkable distance. We had a triple room with three single beds which was spacious enough for three adults. The room was extremely clean and has all amenities you could want. Bathroom was modern and loved the big walk in shower! The only thing I can fault is the noise from the main street outside as you can hear the trams and traffic in the room. If you ask for a room that doesn't face this street I am sure the noise wouldn't be a problem. Rated a 4 as I would happily book here again.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location just 5 minutes walk from the market square. I was unlucky enough to be the victim of a scam (don’t buy tickets for the tourist hop on hop off bus) and the hotel owner heard about this and was so kind and paid for me and my mum to have lunch at his lovely cafe Poko just round the corner to cheer us up. The hotel was spotlessly clean, had very comfortable beds and the tea and coffee making facilities were very welcome.

This is just on the 'edges' of the old town, but does have a nice carpark which is very useful !! the rooms are a little "dated" but clean and spactious. I had a good night sleep so certainly can't complain, and rooms are very quiet. didn't choose to take breakfast so no comments there

An amazing discovery, completely by chance. Great rooms, comfortable, renovated, with great large modern shower, quality bedding, all the amenities are there. Big rooms and very clean. Service and breakfast were top. The carpark is a great addition too, and location was unbeatable. Definitely worth the money spent.

The rooms are huge and very well equipped. Bathroom als really spacious. Beds are very good. Hotel has no bar and misses a bit of athmosphere. Location very close to main market place. Parking for large cars is a bit unclear. Breakfast is very good with sufficient choice from buffet.
