Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village

Booked a spa break the spa was lovely and the massage was amazing literally one of the best I had had. Wow the food isnt the best at all. £42 for a steak and i will attach a photo. The menu for lunch isnt really that good either.most of the spa was out of order or turned of to so dont rush there if your thinking about it was a bit of let down compared to when ive been before

We booked an overnight spa break with dinner allowance and breakfast. The experience was really made special by the staff - all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable with Elemis toiletries and the spa was clean and well managed. The food in the orangery was absolutely fantastic. There are good tea and coffee making facilities in the room but it’s wise to check the milk in the room as ours was past its date, this was very promptly resolved with a quick call to reception however. Some minor points of improvement would be signposting in the spa for newcomers and if a room is for two there should be two robes provided in the bedroom; perhaps also advise customers that they can use those robes to change in their room then come to the spa as we were told after we had entered the spa. We will definitely be back however as it was such a lovely stay.

we stayed in a suit best of the stay for the facilities and the fact you had an entrance inside the hotel to get to the spar instead of walking trough like when you go for day spa, plus the ride in the posh car. Also the service was exellent. I wouldn't change anything at all

Fantastic thermal spa experience. From the informative reception staff to being immersed in total relaxation heaven. The many saunas,steam rooms and hot and cold plunging pools to the quite zone. After enjoying the amazing thermal spa we enjoyed the beautiful presented and delicious lunch. Special mention to the very lovely Myles. Myles customer service was brilliant. Ribbly Hall is just what the doctor ordered. Thermal spa is great for the body and soul.

Had a wonderful 3rd spa visit and lunch in the Orangery yesterday in the glorious sunshine. We were lucky to encounter wall to wall sunshine that truly enhanced the new 20 seater hot tub experience , a wonderful addition to the gorgeous outside spa pool area and sun decks. Felt spoilt and pampered sipping our complimentary iced peach tea whilst overlooking the beautiful countryside views from the huge hot tub .Our dining experience topped the day with exceptional food and service from the staff in a meticulously run restaurant. Met at the orangery door by a very polite , smart and professional manager called Mark who personally welcomed us to our table and went through the menu options and quickly organised drinks and water for the table . He made us feel very welcome and looked after. He obviously had a great rapport with his team who under his eye were all immediately to hand and attentive and enhanced our day, as its not all just about the hot tubs for those of us who choose to dine too. My friend and I had a favourite of mine, the Prawn linguine which I have to say was the best I've had, generous portions of large prawns in a finger licking tomato and garlic sauce, followed by the raspberry meringue and fresh cream Top marks for Ribby Hall spa and Orangery teams we will definitely be back soon.

Came for a thermal journey spa day with a friend. Was brilliant from start to finish. Absolutely lovely setting. Large car park. Friendly accommodating staff and spotless modern facilities. The outside space is fabulous and well thought out with lots of areas to sit and chat with heaters and blankets for the cooler weather. Today was sunny so it made the experience even better. I cant believe I haven’t been here before. Will definitely return, have a treatment or two, and stay over next time 😍
