We have just been to the Spa hotel at Ribbyhall, it was a beautiful time, it is the best place to enjoy a relaxing time. The aqua thermal journey was amazing, the food was beautiful and everywhere was lovely and clean. The staff are great they look after you so much there service is outstanding, so I would like to thank the staff for the wonderful hospitality xxx We hope to come again very soon

For what we paid for the room for one night I just expected a lot better. Booked the whole spa package, two hour thermal journey, evening meal, room for the night and breakfast. There were loads of silverfish on the bathroom floor in the morning!! Half the TV channels didn't work. The light on the vanity mirror didn't work. I asked for a couple more decaf coffee pods for the room and was told there was a small charge, surely they're making enough money on the overpriced room?! And the evening meal in The Orangery (you'll have to see my separate review for them) was so disappointing. When checking out and asked how our stay was, I expressed all these issues without much of an apology or any great interest from the receptionist. "There's a discount code here (offered to everyone) so if you book again with us you'll get 10% off" Well I certainly won't be doing now, if you'd offered more of an apology or any compensation I might have changed my mind but certainly not recommend staying here now. The spa I can't fault, visited several times but just so very disappointed on what was meant to be a relaxing anniversary break.

Stayed here a couple of times and it’s by far my favourite spa break spot! Spa is gorgeous, all the facilities you could ever need. Rooms are lovely and very, very comfy! The food, wow! Delicious 10/10 every time. Staff are very friendly and attentive. If you are looking for an overnight spa break this is the place to go!

Another amazing day at the Spa at Ribby Hall. Thermal journey has lots to offer. Had the best massage ever thanks to Anna. She was very professional and put at ease straight away. Felt so relaxed and pampered. Great massage, really hitting those aches. Felt fantastic afterwards. Thanks very much Anna. Would highly recommend.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Our time in the spa wa lovely, plenty of different things to do, steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzi etc. We enjoyed having a glass of fizz in the outdoor jacuzzi. Our meal in the Orangery was lovely, pricey, but the service was impeccable, the waitress went out of her way to help with my food intolerances.

Just returned from overnight spa break with a friend .( yet again ) It’s an annual event because Ribby hall spa hotel is amazing. One of the best spas , amazing therapist, knowledgeable staff that care and don’t just sell you things walking round making sure you are enjoying your time . The personal touch is evident from the welcome back card in the room . Food at dinner exceptional . Going back for spa day to introduce other friends it’s so good. All staff are polite and appear genuinely to like working.

We had an amazing 3 day s 2 night stay. It's a wonderful hotel and spa. Staff are professional and helpful, the rooms are spacious and lovely, the bathroom had a walk in shower and a bath. The spa was excellent and had everything you would wish for in there. Pure luxury. We ate in the orangery both nights. Was a la carte so not large portions, but couldn't fault the food very tasty. I had lamb and liked it so much I had it the following night also. Highly recommend.

I had booked a package for my partners birthday. It is Such a lovely hotel and spa, food is 5* and staff are very friendly. There was one lady in particular in the spa who was really nice but I didn’t catch her name but she welcomed us and took us in to get lunch on arrival. We will be back

This was an over night stay with dinner and breakfast included, ,we were in deluxe room that was really big with plenty of drawers for your belongings ,the bathroom/shower room was huge, shower one end and bath the other ,huge dresser with round sink in the centre with complimentry soap,shampoo and conditioner also hand and body lotion all from Elimis ,the place it’s self is spotless all through ,staff are very intentive and welcoming,spa can get a bit busy at times but plenty of different saunas to try, We never had chance for hot tub or outside jacuzzi because it was always being used, lovely outside seating areas with a bar to enjoy a drink ,our robes were really fluffy and white but did notice afew looked old and shabby ,drinks are expensive and so is the food but for a one off we had a really lovely time, If your a person who struggles with steps then you may struggle with outside hot tubs etc has there are steps upto those .
