Rustic but cozy! This 700 sq foot cottage has everything you need for a fun family get-a-way. It sleeps a total of 4. There is a gas fireplace in the living room for chilly evenings, a 50” flat screen TV with a dvd player and Cable TV. We have WIFI, heat & Air. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in both, Queen size bed in pull out couch in Living Room. Washer/Dryer! Keurig Coffee Maker and coffee pods provided! Outside fire pit for toasting marshmallows and star gazing! Huge yard for the kids to play. Gas grill outside for BBQ! Linens, Towels, all provided! All that is needed is you! We are a 7 minute stroll or 1-2 min car ride to Lake Huron Private Beach! Want to go shopping? We are a 5 min drive to Beautiful Downtown Lexington. (see photos). Please note! No parties or large family gatherings permitted. No campers, trailers, or tents. Two Car Maximum. Do not drive on grass or anywhere other than gravel driveway.
