Nrma Woodgate Beach Holiday Park

We love Woodgate and this place is our favourite. The cabin was great for our family of 4. The cafe never dissapoints.

Whenn arriving at reception the service was disgusting the girl was on the phone and continued talking without any response to us at all, Leanne came in from out the back. She was so rude! She told me I needed to pay which I already had paid through ******* and said I owed about $80 more than it was on line and that my card was declined in ******* which it wasnt and kept saying I should have booked ddirect with them repeatedly she said twice my card was declined and made me feel stupid finally the office manager came in and told her she was wrong that someone in the office had done something and they made an error in their system. After all that Leanne put the key on the counter and said sorry but it was extremely reluctant. The park itself was great its just the service from Leanne that put a sour taste in my mouth I couldnt believe how rude she was its not the kind of person I would want working for me.

Overnight stay in our camper. Facilities were clean and grounds well looked after. Bowls club and pub both do a courtesy pick up service and the park is just across from the beach. Quiet spot that would probably be great for family with young kids who like the beach and fishing. Nice bakery on the esplanade too.

I’ve spent 7 days here with my local caravan club and the staff are cheerful, friendly & helpful Amenities are in good condition and the camp kitchen is very tidy & enjoyable. The sites are wide and easy to get into, with trees shading them. There’s a good (Telstra) wifi connection which has a high enough bandwidth to stream & the park has its own wifi but I don’t use them. I couldn’t get a digital tv signal but the streaming did instead.

Great cabins close to beach which are clean and we-equipped and have a lovely cafe onsite.

Great place to stay, beautiful park, amenities are great & cleaned regularly, best showers you'll find, very nice beach across the street, kids will love it, takeaway food onsite which was beautifully presented & so tasty. Very friendly staff at the park, Grant the groundsman went above and beyond to help, very relaxing & I'd highly recommend a visit

Beautiful large area with lots of accommodation. Across the road to the beach & lovely esplanade walkway. Excellent cafe next door. Perfect location Villa big with plenty of space. Staff friendly & will definitely stay there again.

This was the cleanest, nicest park we have ever stayed in. Welcoming reception with good advice given, very clean rooms and quality bedding. Spacious and quiet. Great verandah out front, comfortable lounge in the Deluxe Cabin. Good supply of tea/coffee. Right across the road from a perfect beach. Lovely flat area so easy walking. Very tropical park with grocery store and cafe. Highly, highly recommend. Very reasonable price. Loved it. Only regret? Would have liked more time there.

Loved our little cottage, easy walk to beach. Great board walk behind the park for birdwatching.
