This private 800 sq. ft., 2-bedroom house is just 10 minutes North of downtown Asheville, where you’ll find incredible breweries, restaurants, bars, yoga studios, art shops. River Arts District is just a few minutes of drive.
For outdoor enthusiasts, Pisgah National Forest and the Blue Ridge Parkway offer endless adventures, from hiking and biking to skiing and tubing. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or an extended vacation, our home is the perfect retreat for relaxation and exploration.About pets:Pets allowed: limit 2 total.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, indoor or outdoor, not even in the guests car if parked on our driveway - $300 fine for violation.We allow up to 3 well behaved pets at no additional fee.We ask you to clean up after your pets indoor and outdoor - $100 min fee for pet waste removal.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.
