Comfortable sleep in a great room. Fan provided because is so warm. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again

Can’t fault the cleanliness of the rooms and the bed was comfy. However, upon walking into the room it was like a sauna and this didn’t change through the duration of our 2 night stay. We put the fan on and this hardly helped, it was 28.5 degrees day and night and we were very confused where the heat was coming from as it wasn’t that hot outside. If it wasn’t for the heat I would’ve gave 5 stars but I cannot as the heat really affected our sleep and overall mood.

I’ve never stayed at a Premier Inn before and was pleasantly surprised by the quality, cleanliness and size is the room. Staff were really helpful too

Lovely hotel,staff friendly, room clean and tidy. Plenty of parking. Shame about the Beefeater next door. Closed very early each night we were there. Its a great location and our 4th time of staying there. Such a shame to see it not used to the best potential . It won't stop us going back. But just won't reply on the restaurant.

When booking the option of a twin bed is not available. Only double bed plus a single bed. But otherwise all fine and clean

Tara went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. She was very professional, polite and friendly. She sorted out a couple of minor issues very quickly and as I say made our stay comfortable and relaxing. And had a very nice meal in the restaurant.

Unfortunately the temperature of the room and the facilities available to cool it down made it not possible to sleep. Not sure why the room was so hot, it felt like walking into a sauna on first arrival. The room itself was lovely and modern, bed was comfy but only having a weak fan to push hot air around the room made it impossible to sleep. We really don’t know why it was so hot either, our stay on the 9th of June had a high of around 16 degrees that day, but the room felt closer to 30 with no AC available.

Stay was excellent but u had to climb stairs to get to the resturent which was on the first floor. Good choice of menue but some food had run out ...Closes early on Friday so get there early if u want dessert or coffee as by 9;30 the coffee machinre was switched off and you had to order desserts in advance if u wanted them?
