As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a vast living and dining area perfect for gathering with friends. Relax on the generous sectional sofa, complete with cozy throw blankets and pillows, ideal for movie nights after a day on the water. The dining area accommodates up to 6 guests, with an additional 4 barstools at the island, allowing for comfortable dining for 8. The highlight of this home is the expansive kitchen, featuring a huge island for meal prep, cooking, and dining. It comes fully equipped with pots, pans, dish-ware, silverware, cups, and more. Appliances include a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with filtered water, and a large farmhouse sink. **BEDROOM LAYOUT (Max Occupancy: 8):** - King Bedroom #1 (Main House) - King Bedroom #2 (Main House) - Full Bedroom #3 (Main House) - Queen Bedroom (Exterior Access from Back Porch) with Private Bath **Bedrooms:** The main house has two beautifully appointed king bedrooms, each with a closet and smart TV, as well as a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One full room is deemed the 'kids room' and offers a cozy full, smart TV, large dresser, rocking chair. Off the back porch using a separate entrance is a Queen room with it's own private bathroom with a shower. **Outdoor Living:** Step out to the covered porch, complete with rocking chairs, LED mood lighting, and patio lights, offering the best views of the water. From the porch, you’ll access the fourth bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and private bathroom. The multi-level backyard provides ample space for outdoor fun!
