I had a nice time here but not a great time. My toilet had a shrieking noise whenever I flushed it. If I flushed it again or jiggled the handle, it sometimes stopped. The front desk got defensive when I told them about it the next morning, saying I should have called maintenance. I told them it was too late at night to do this, and I just wanted them to know there was a problem that needed to be fixed. The only place for breakfast was a buffet for $16. I just wanted coffee but was told I had to pay for the whole buffet, even for just coffee. I was directed to other places for coffee (they have a Starbucks counter), but when I came back with my coffee to sit with my friends having the buffet, I was told I could not sit with them and had to leave. There were only a few tables taken, so this seemed ridiculously unreasonable. The furniture was nice quality and heavy, but beat up looking.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever. Had dental work done and my mouth bleed a little on sheets and was charged 70 for something that can be bleached. Especially all the people getting dental work. I will never come back here again and I hope people take this seriously

I booked a room way back in November for 4 nights @ $105.95 per night. Called to cancel one night & they raised our rate to $123.95 per night. When I questioned price difference, gal stated my original booking was $123.95. I stated I had email with confirmed confirmation number showing $105.95. She had no interest in me sending confirmation email. I told her I'd call back to cancel. Called back and canceled within thirty minutes. After reviewing several negative comments including one that was very disturbing, I'm glad we canceled!

BEWARE!! Booked back in November & room was for 4 nights @$105.95 plus tax per night with a reservation # received. Today called to drop one night and receptionist said no problem. Received confirmation by email and they raised my rate to $123.95 plus tax a night. Called her back and had her recheck. She said original reservation shows $123.95 a night plus tax. Explained i had copy of reservation when I first booked showing $105.95 plus tax. She had no interest in me sending my copy showing this and wouldn't change rate. I asked if there would be any other surprise charges if cancel before the 72 hours as I'm going to look for another hotel. She said no additional charges. I called back and canceled ! Terrible attitude and never received notice showing i had canceled 😞! Kind of glad I did since among the negative recent reviews, one said bed bugs - yikes.

Bed bugs. Undeniable except if you work here. Rude staff. The hotel isn’t ADA friendly. The room furnishings were bought at a thrift store. A low class place with insufferable staff. Overpriced too. I’d drive 20 miles to stay somewhere else

Worst experience ever at a hotel. Ever. Do NOT stay here!!! I have never written a bad review for any establishment before. I am 50 plus years old and have stayed at 1 star to 5 star hotels. This hotel was the WORST!!! If you want to be treated as a criminal come stay here. This hotel is not a 1 star. It is worse.
