Amazing location Sarah and Rick are so welcoming, the rooms are so airy and clean. Nothing is too much trouble only a couple of minutes walk to shops, local bars and cafes and a massive park around the corner. 10/10 will 100% recommend this really is a home from home. Thank-you for everything and see you both again very soon :)

This is a gem in a beautiful part of the country. Superb bed & breakfast, with super friendly, attentive hosts, Sarah (& Richard) Everything was brilliant, decor of room & dining area 1st class, rooms super clean with everything you need, breakfast superb with plenty of choices, location perfect, in a quiet cul-de-sac, but very close (2 mins) to shop’s & restaurants & just a short walk down to Bowness, with more shops & restaurants & the pier for boat trips. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts, who would help you in anyway they could. Overall this is a fantastic b&b, great value for money & I would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful break & we’ll definitely be back.
