This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a pull out Queen sleeper sofa. The Empie-Possion cottage was built in 1913 and has been recently completely restored. Enjoy a drink on the screened in patio in the back or on the historic front porch. Enjoy a stay in a recently restored historic home with a special, unique charm of its own. Visiting the Empie-Poisson Cottage is like taking a trip back in history. Built in 1913, the Empie-Poisson cottage has been completely restored. The home has the 2 original, non-working, coal burning fireplaces, original wood floors, doors, and single pane windows. Prepare to experience historic southern charm in a cottage like no other! The screened in porch is accessible through double doors in the bedroom. The space has a fully stocked kitchen ready to make any meal. There is a washer and dryer on the premise to wash clothes that may have gotten a spill of wine during your stay! We love your furry friends but we will ask for a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for your stay with up to two pets. The Empie-Possion Cottage is located in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington.
