Hotel Lela Wilmington, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

酒店位置離downtown不是很遠，入住的房間靠近馬路，晚點有點吵，對聲音敏感的人需要注意

This was a beautiful and an amazing hotel !!! We came down for two days to visit family and just stayed one night, but it did not disappoint my husband and I both felt like we were transported to a luxe resort. The staff was so friendly the concierges were super helpful as well . We went down for Dinner and the food was fantastic my husband and I both agreed we will definitely be back again and this time stay longer. Highly recommend this hotel!!

I had a wonderful stay here! The hospitality was excellent from start to finish, and the food was absolutely delicious. Special shout-out to the cooks, bartender, and server for making the experience so enjoyable — they really went above and beyond !!

Room had dirty glasses. I was locked out of my room in the middle of the night due to an error made by the daytime front desk associate. The night clerk was unprofessional, aggressive, and put her hand to my face. I emailed their Manager Orlando Faison and never heard anything. Completely unprofessional and not at all your typical Hilton experience.

Thad an okay stay at this hotel everything was new and clean for the most part but the walls were on the thinner side for a "new" hotel. They did have a restaurant in the lobby area the food was delicious I got blueberry pancakes very tasty and it wasn't a long wait time (they weren't busy) with that being said our server was the older lady (Anna) I believe, and she wasn't pleasant in the slightest. It felt like she was very standoffish towards us and didn't really want to serve us. She was dull whenever she approached our table but went to other tables and was in a better mood. My husband and I felt it was a colorism thing but didn't say anything and we still tipped but for that we will not return to this hotel. If you don't like people of color you shouldn't work in the food industry where you serve different people everyday. Maybe we'll stay at tru next time and serve ourselves the free breakfast with less issues.

The say was really only worth it for the 2 overnight girls Deja and Michaela, even at 3am they were very attentive and alert they answered any questions I and they were nice. The taller one from Lela was pure comedy with her jokes. Rooms were small and outside was closed also the hotel is not on a nice side of town so beware.
