For being a Hilton property, we wer÷ dissapointed. The complimentary toiletries were empty in the shower, There was a very expensive breakfast and the tv remote didnt work. We will make a different choice for the next time we visit this area.

We mainly had a hotelroom for the event in lancaster, which is why we spent only the evenings at the hotel. We had a very clean room and cleaning service at 9-11am doesn't disappoint. Only unlucky thing was they host private events which our "balcony" window had a view upon. As it was indoor pointing. So if you get back before 10pm there might be a ongoing event at the hotel.
None the less there is a good 24/7 gym and indoor pool that does close off late in the evening with a small arcade of hand full machines.
If you like chocolate chip cookies, we got a freshly made one by check-in at the front-desk for each person in the room!

The hotel was all right. I would prefer a room on the floors upstair but they didn't have any. My room was on the same floor as the event floor. Other than that it was fine.

The room was a very nice size . It was a suite .
The first night we arrived we noticed a white stain on the couch . I asked housekeeping to clean it the next morning . We returned later that afternoon with the cough still stained . That evening I was watching tv and saw a large ( water bug) walking across the television. I could not sleep comfortably after that . I reported it to the main office in the am and I was told I booked through ******* and there was nothing they could do .

Lovely hotel staff. The cookies that we got at check in were amazing! The rooms were dated and had an odd smell.

beautiful hotel, friendly staff, clean and well maintained! Pool was clean and inviting and we all enjoyed it very much! This is our second stay here and we will come back! Excellent location!

The hotel was spacious, well organized, and very quiet. The desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. I had a problem that required maintenance staff and they arrived in minutes!

Lovely stay at the Doubletree in Willow Street. There are nice, paved walking trails adjacent to the property.

It was a decent place. The exterior and lobby areas are beautiful... the rooms are a little old and showing signs of it, but overall it was a good stay for the price!
