Beautiful property and great service. Rooms were big and comfortable. The dining at the restaurant was incredible

Exceptional! Hotel employees were genuinely friendly and hospitable....guest services, housekeepers, waitresses, etc. The room amenities were perfect....microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc. The room was comfortable, cozy and spotless. The breakfast was delicious. Thank-you for a wonderful experience.

Hotel was ok a bit old worldly for my taste. Rooms need updating. Breakfast was ok nothing special

Very cool vintage hotel. The building has a great ambience about it. Breakfast was great. Steakhouse attached is top notch.
Room was very nice, and the curtains are full black out which was great cus i was in dire need of a good nights sleep.
Staff out check out/in was very pleasant, as were the staff in the breakfast area.

We loved this property. Really clean and quiet. Comfortable large room. Breakfast was amazing - hot and constantly replenished. The best part of our stay was meeting Russel Salvatore - he took us around the Veterans and Memorial Garden in his Bentley golf cart - what a treat. We would definitely go back.

The front desk people were really friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good… overall a good stay! The facility itself was a little weird with all the dedications to Russell Salvatore. It felt almost cult like. The little park was totally over the top and bizarre. The halls are a little old fashion and dark but it was clean and comfortable.

Loved the story about Russel Salvatore and his philanthropic contributions to the area. Hotel is kitschy and very comfortable and large room. Good breakfast too.

The food was really far better than I dared hope. Truly first rate. From the steak, the mashed potatoes, the green beans (which I normally don't like but really enjoyed), to the eggs at breakfast!
