Liepers Loft My Wife and I booked a short 4 day stay with Amy. This place is beyond Charming! Our experience was great. The location is secluded and quiet. Absolutely will stay here our next visit to Franklin.

Home away from home! Leipers Loft was even better than anticipated! The loft was SUPER clean and furnishings were so comfortable. I loved the attention to detail and seasonal decor that made us feel right at home. Amy was very responsive to us from the time we booked! Highly recommend!

Lovely Loft If you are exploring the Franklin/SW Nashville area, this is a gorgeous property. At the end of a most beautiful drive through the country you will find a great little outdoor sitting area and beautifully appointed loft. Very comfortable, very convenient, loved our stay and will be keeping it on our list as somewhere we’d like to return to.

Heaven on earth Our stay at The Loft at Leipers was perfect!! Amy and Ryan were very nice. When I booked the loft, I had no idea how beautiful it was going to be.We stayed for 8 nights. There is so much to do within a few miles. The only negative part is that we had to leave. What I have to say,would not give this place justice. So,on that note, we WILL be back!!! Thank you Amy and Ryan for sharing your beautiful space with us. Mark and Gail

Tennessee Diamond in Franklin My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Franklin at our Captains Quarters. The property is in the historical district and the setting could not have been better. I would recommend this home and location to anyone wanting to visit Nashville but wanting to avoid the big crowds and take in the wonder heritage and beauty of the Tennesse countryside.

One of the best My wife and I have stayed many different places and you will not go wrong staying here at all. Amy was a pleasure to work with and the check-in process was a breeze. The place was spotless, super cozy and beautifully decorated. When we come back to Franklin, this is where we will stay.

Home Away from Home We had a fantastic stay in Franklin at Amy and Ryan’ place! We would highly recommend to anyone looking for coziness, comfort, and cleanliness! The location was great, we enjoyed the local restaurants, shops, distilleries, and hiking/biking trails.
