This was a great trip to the grand canyon, hotal was perfect for the train trip. I would say this hotel is great to visit.

super convenient if you are going to ride the train into the Grand Canyon. Walkable distance to hub of town. For such a big hotel, very clean, surprisingly quiet. Great stay.

Nice property in a great location. Our son loved the pool - the water could have been a little warmer, we swam 3 days in a row until his teeth were chattering and then got in the hot tub. You have to enter the pool area from the outdoor courtyard so the air temperature was on the cold side since we were there on a snowy weekend. The park is also fun but a little bit of a walk from the hotel - it's closer to the RV area

Super cute hotel. Staff was wonderful. The Harvey restaurant was over priced for a buffet, semi-decent food, but so not worth the price.
Rooms were clean and comfy beds.

Hotel was great overall, my only issue was the beds. They were not comfortable and very bouncy. Very clean and great service.

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Our room was clean. The beds are not comfortable at all. Rooms state they are queen beds but personally felt smaller than a true queen. The pillows are not comfortable and were pretty flat.
Our room was next to the exit for the pool and other guests were going in and out late at night and the door would shut hard and they would continue to talk loud (which is fine during the day but after 10 pm was getting a little old). Overall we enjoyed our stay. The train was completely booked so we didn’t get to utilize that but we were ok driving and probably got to see more that way anyway. The hotel is in walking distance to Route 66, which was convenient for food (we recommend station 66 over the other places we ate at on Route 66).

Loved everything about this hotel and perfect for travellers wishing to visit the Grand Canyon and the part of route 66.
Lovely helpful staff and the friendliest community in Williams .

Warm inviting living area with fireplace. Great bar with appetizers. Spencers. Just enough of a bite. Nice gift shop. Rooms adequate. Not fancy. No room service every day unless requested.
