Friendly staff and happy to help with anything day or night was really happy with my stay and would gladly stay again and longer than two days for defo recommend to family and friends with out a doubt as had an exallent stay at the time I had stayed here

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Louis was so helpful not just with us, but with other clients. He offered to help with luggage. Brought extra towels and supplied a iron. The management and staff are always friendly and polite at this branch of premier inn. Would definitely recommend.

The afternoon staff could not help enough. Had a problem in the evening Evelyn was so helpful. She had a great nature and was so polite. Definitely the staff get 20 out of 20. The room was perfect for my disability and was clean, comfortable and reception had those extra bits , that sometimes you may forget on sale .

Another stay at Premier Inn Whitstable and just as enjoyable as usual . The staff were very warm , friendly and helpful (especially Amelia on reception and Steven on breakfast/ evening meals ) . The room was spotless , it smelt lovely and fresh , the bathroom was again spotless well done to the cleaning staff . The breakfast was cooked to order , very nice quality and delicious with a good selection for the continental as well . The choices for an evening meal are not that great at the moment ( more choices needed Premier Inn please ! ) but the fish and chips is highly recommended . Another great stay at Whitstable and will definitely be back .

We were greeted by a very lovely young man called Lewis. He was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was comfortable and what I have come to expect from Premier Inn. The let down for this visit was the ‘meal deal’. Having previously stayed at a number of Premier inns and had meal deals. I felt very let down. I had been informed that there were some changes, but no mention of a very limited menu. So in comparison to previous visits it was not value for money or very acceptable. The saving grace were the lovely staff, Izzy and Lewis.

Failed to meet the standards of other Premier Inns we've used- disappointing. Scruffy exterior due to renovations- breakfast is in a separate building necessitating a walk in the cold. Room cold on check in -not welcoming. At times could not get attention at reception even when pressing bell!
