We supply dinnerware plus kids-friendly dinnerware, silverware, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pans, cookie sheets, toaster, blender, crockpots, air fryer, can & wine openers, measuring cups/spoons, flex brew coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters, and creamer). ⇒ POOL HEATER ⇐ There’s an option to heat the pool for $25 a day. This is entirely optional, but the water tends to be cold from September to May. If you’d like to have the pool heated, please let us know as soon as you book. The heater may take up to 24h to heat the pool. ⇒ GRILLING ⇐ A gas grill and propane tank are provided. Please feel free to use the remaining fuel in the propane tank. We do not exchange the propane tank. The tank can be exchanged (as needed) by guests for about $20 at any local hardware store. There’s ⇒ PET RULES ⇐ Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis for $175 additional pet rent fee per pet. Certain breeds are not acceptable by our insurance provider, so please contact us before booking if you’re bringing pets. No pets are allowed on the furniture or in the pool. ⇒ IMPORTANT RULES: PLEASE READ ⇐ ■ Parties are not allowed, and anyone who breaks this rule WILL be immediately evicted without a refund and subject to an additional $1000 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music on the lanai or pool area and any drug use on the property, including marijuana with a medical ID (do it somewhere else). We care about our neighbors and our home, and this behavior is not allowed at this property. ■ All guests must be over the age of 26 unless part of a family unit.
