Property is well maintained and feels extremely safe. Friendly staff, nice hot tub/pool and the sauna was a great bonus! Parking was easy and close to entrance doors. Food was delicious as we dined a couple of times there. Definitely warm and cozy with the fireplaces going, plenty of seating areas inside and out. Coffee and water station at your convenience was handy. Parking lot was cleared every morning if there was snow accumulation. We will definitely be back and loved every minute!!

Front desk staff told me that I could check out one night early, When ******* attempted to verify this, the hotel did not respond so now I am being charged for a night I did not use.
******* possibly made an attempt to talk to the hotel but when I called the front desk, no one could verify this.

Beautiful hotel with big vaulted ceilings in our room. We enjoyed our complimentary drink at the bar. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We were allowed to bring our puppy along and she was welcome in all the common areas with us. The food was alright but overpriced for the quality and the service wasn’t very good unfortunately:(

1970 Quality at 2024 Prices
The place has a very outdated feel from the enclosed pool area with very limited seating and the outdoor hottub to the cold halls. Card key systems not well maintained resulting in batteries dying with guest items behind locked doors. Only some rooms have microwaves. Great location for both access to downtown as well as ski resort. Not a great value.

Our stay at Grouse Mountain Lodge was perfect. The staff was always available, friendly and very accommodating. Our room was nice, clean and had a great view. The lobby was large and comfortable and beautiful. The restaurant was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The hotel shuttle was very convenient and the drivers were safe and friendly. Grouse Mountain Lodge made our stay in Whitefish perfect.

We had a great stay at Grouse Mountain lodge. Everyone was friendly, the bar and restaurant was convenient and it was very close to town. The breakfast buffet was hit or miss.

Beautiful stay. Quick easy check in. Ladies were so nice. Dinner at the grill was delicious, drink choice even better. Comfortable in rooms. Outlets for plugging vehicles- convenient.
