Not really suitable for anyone disabled. Expected to get into a bath to shower. Lots of grab rails around the bath but if your legs are immobile you can't get in it. It's now company policy to only provide 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel so if my husband had managed to shower I would have either had a wet towel to use or go to reception and ask for another. Same with tea bags etc. Only enough for 1 cup. Go to reception for more. Not like it used to be at a Premier Inn at all. Reception isn't permanence manned either. When I did have to ask something got fed up with pressing the buzzer again and again and waiting for someone to answer.

I visited this establishment early March and was very impressed with the service I received especially the receptionist. Powlett or something similar. The only downside was a self inflicted injury that I sustained whilst "solo entertaining" in the shower, I slipped and lodged the shower head somewhere it didn't belong. The staff were wonderful at de-escalating my mortal embarrassment and assured me that things like this happen more regularly than I may expect. As a result of this I have just one small suggestion and that's that you may be place warning signs in the showers.

Premier Inn never disappoints. Always know what you get with a Premier Inn good clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Shame the restaurants that are attached can’t have the same standard. The Beefeater attached was a terrible disappointment with the service and food with evening meal and breakfast.

Another trip to my home town for a family event. Perfectly located, lots of car parking and easy to get to the locations that I needed to during the day and the evening. Arranged to meet family members there in the evening for dinner, and the food and service was excellent

The room is dated, heating making noises Terrible WI-FI , phone not trusting certificate with Virgin WI-FI. Very expensive for one night. Would not recommend. Whitbread group need to sort it out, even the outside is dated and dirty. Litter and pallets.
