Would you like a holiday by the beach with a lovely Seaview? This is such a cute cottage, a short three minute walk to sandy Stanmore Bay beach. Enjoy the beach this summer, white sand & lovely clear water at Stanmore Bay. Comfortable bed with luxury cotton sheets & pillows for your best sleep ever. Couches to relax in and chairs on the veranda to take in the view & enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine. Nikau Palms & native bush surround the cottage which is set back from the road so it nice & quiet. Cafe’s, restaurants and shops are close by in Orewa. It's a great stop off on your way north leading to Matakana and the Bay of Islands. Stanmore Bay beach is a long beach so if you are wanting to get yours steps up walk the length of it to do 5000 steps. You will enjoy the family friendly hosts who live close by if you should need anything. Cosy place to stay
Nice little cottage with charme, lovely decorated and well equipped. It had everything we needed. Short walk to a nice quiet beach, but way back is steep. We felt at home and loved the little treats like fresh flowers.

Delightful
A very peaceful place, with all the mod cons we needed, while keeping its comfortable bach character with a shabby chic feel. Great location, an easy walk to the excellent swimming beach (with a steep climb back for a cardio workout!) and short drive to local shops and cafes.

Good stay
Nice base for our busy stay. Lovely presentation and comfortable. Access is a bit steep from the parking spot but you can temporarily park down the drive to unload.

Adorable cottage in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay in Rosie’s cottage. The cottage is very comfortable and very pleasant. It was nice to have a short walk on the nearby beach each morning. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.

An absolute delight!
Our stay at this lovely little cottage was the icing on the cake for our wonderful long weekend away! We thoroughly enjoyed the layout and style of this lovely space that had clearly been created with love and care by the hosts. The cottage has kept its history and charm and is surrounded by a cute and cosy garden which makes it feel surprisingly peaceful and private. We had everything provided to us that we could possibly need - and more - including lovely fresh flowers and some treats. Personally I felt that staying here was our special little treat. Thank you!!!!
