Have stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the Years, and I can honesty say this has been the worse.. Yes it is close to town and the beach have always been able to park however.. Was greater OK nothing special, was asked if wanted to book a table at the restaurant, we did for the evening, asked of there was any food they wasn't serving as when stayed in December last year quite a lot of food was not being served due to shortage at the supplier, we was told no all was good food wise, so we booked. Went to the room, walked through the door was freezing cold as window was left open and outside was in the minus, the couch had a pice of chocolate on it, there was only 2 teabags in the pot, the bath was mingling was rusty and looked dirty and stained. There was also a tag from and item of clothing under the bed so don't believe had been cleaned very well.. When we went out I closed the door and noticed it was very wobbly, it was closed but didn't look safe, spoke to lady at reception who advised she will get the maintenance chap to take a look and would look at seeing if we could change rooms, we went out walked down to the beach and town. When we returned at 15,00 we was advised the door was safe and secure and had been tightened and it happened when someone before tried false there way In previously but the latch now at an angle, when asked about moving we was told could not move at that time. While in room we checked out the menu to decide what to have to save time when at the brewers fair, was looking forward to what we choose, got over to the restraunt to be td there was no make your own pizza or jacket potatoes, both which was wanted, then re decided by looking at the menu to realise the menu in the room is not the same as the one at the brewers fair, I did tell the lady but nothing has been changed at the hotel.. The following day after coming back for a day out around 9pm we had ran out of teabags, went to the receptionist who advised they had no teabags left, didn't even go and check the housekeepers trolly to get any, how does a hotel of this size run out of teabags. The hallways didn't even look like it had been hoovered as fluff on carpet in the morning was still there at 9pm. We enjoy staying in premier in as we like the beds and blackout curtains but this hotel will not see us again..
