This family run motel is a cozy blast from the past yet has all the modern conveniences we all appreciate. Our room was squeaky clean without a hint of smoke or chemicals. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we had just stopped to grab some sleep and needed to get on the road again early.

Nice place and very reasonable. Beds where comfy and room was extremely clean. Bathroom is small but functional. No ice that I could find. It was cleaner than most chain hotels are nowadays. I would stay again.

Clean and amazingly well preserved. Stepping back in time in the best way. Owners very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. Rooms comfortable. Great location near Chautauqua lake and Lake Erie. Town of Westfield cute stopping point along Lake Erie.

In this price point, the motel is wonderful. Very clean and lots of towels, actually large enough to dry a grown body. So many budget places give two SMALL towels. We received four bath towels and the water was HOT with great pressure. Vintage fixtures that work. The windows DO open but there are safety locks to slide inward on top of the opening pane. The mattress was firm but not stiff and we were perfectly comfortable in the bed. QUIET neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this lovely motel and stay again.

I brought my teenage son for a weekend getaway to NY (we're from Ohio). I chose the Theater Motel due to the great reviews and nostalgic feel of the property. The rooms were very clean and the owner and his wife were very nice. We felt extremely safe during our visit as the owner keeps a close eye on who's coming/going. Very close to the town of Westfield. We will be back with the rest of the family. Fun and memorable weekend.

The reviews are mostly spot on as this is truly a motel. The owners are friendly and quick to respond. The rooms are basic, but very clean. We found the bed quite comfortable. It’s an oasis from the high prices in the area and a good solid bet for overnight.

I loved it here! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Beds comfy too. Nice being able to park right outside the door. This is close to so many wineries, which was our reason for visiting the area. Now this not a fancy resort hotel, so I did not go there expecting it to be. But it’s a great value and a nice place to stay! The shower was nice, too. Rooms have a fridge and microwave along with a nice tv. There’s a gazebo out front with a grill if you want to cook out. The locks on the door were not great, but this seems to be a very safe area, so not a problem. I would definitely stay here again!
