Center Parcs de Kempervennen Eindhoven

Brilliant stay. Aqua Mundo was fabulous. The cottage was clean and comfortable with plenty of appliances for self catering. Atmosphere was great. Such friendly staff at the cycle centre, great quality bikes. Beautiful surroundings - the otter pond was an absolute favourite. Evergreenz buffet was lovely as you can sit by the window with a view of the lake. Food is pricey but to be expected.

Family holiday (10 and 8 yr old). Pool was great and kids loved it. Could get a bit busy but fine if timed it right. Staff were outstanding. Super friendly and spoke an impressive number of languages. Have done a number of uk Centre parcs and don’t usually bother with activities as don’t usually rate the value for money in uk, but did lots more here - activities were reasonably priced and felt like enough time (as opposed to endless health and safety in uk). Kids loved the otters, really nice having lots of animals on site. Only thing missing on site was a gym (if I was being picky), but snow centre and water park were really nice and again staff were super friendly and kind with kids. Accommodation looked a bit sad from outside but clean and totally fine inside. Our lodge had an incredible view of the lake, geese ducks and rabbits right outside the window was nice. Entertainment every night was a nice extra- the show was pretty decent quality with talented performers/singers. Weird incident where someone put their lock round our hire bike. Spoke to the site staff and a man with an angle grinder arrived and had it off within 30 mins. Overall had a great holiday and suspect we’ll be back.

I booked this on the off chance thinking it was going to be overcrowded. The aqua mundo was brilliant and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the rapids and the water slides. We spent a few hours in the waterpark before checking out the farm animals and spending some time at the beach. We thought the prices for food and drink were reasonable (although did not purchase), the onsite grocery store had a lot to offer. There were no specific checks entering aqua mundo, so people could enter with their own food, drink and lunch items. My kids could go on all the slides except the aqua loop. Slides were on a traffic light (red/green) system rather than life guards at the top of each slide. Changing rooms and showers were great, with very good amenities for babies and toddlers. As we live in Eindhoven, we will certainly return. Recommend.

We have visited De Kempervennen centre parcs for many years , we have seen centre parc change during this time. We have been twice this year already and made the decision that we say farewell for now. This is not a reflection of Center parcs but we feel that our child has experienced everything for now snowboarding,skiing, swimming, slides, the wave pool ( which on these last trips is not operational- we assume under maintenance?) , golf, football the newest activity- which we loved and highly recommend doing, indoor climbing, outdoor climbing old and the new one, archery, hit the button, escape room, trampolines ( need euros for) , the pool tables, seeing the goats, bikes, electric scooter’s, water activities and many more. The Dome has always remained welcoming , offering 3 restaurants, with a a good selection of food, bowling, game area, supermarket , retail shop . The accommodation has always been clean and we have seen it been modernised over the years. We did find the mattresses to be extremely firm for us on this trip. We do suggest having a little information/ instructions booklet on how to use the oven - we figured it out via trail and era and a little help from the internet. We did self catering as well as eating at the restaurants. We were extremely pleased with our accommodation. Recycling is good - with bin area close by every lodge. We did notice a few more cars going through the Parc as we discovered via talking to staff we understand that centre parcs now offer more flexibility in holiday packages not just Monday to Friday or weekends. This did not affect the magic of center Parcs for us. We do suggest that offering more activities for younger children to do those 6 years and younger - maybe an outdoor climbing activity ( I know there is one just off site ) at low level. We have enjoyed the environment of the Dome an area to relax and loved the entertainment family quiz , bingo, ( additional cost to play) kids disco ,Orry and friends and the singing. Everyone, every member of staff we have had the pleasure of interacting with have been friendly and helpful. Some of them have become friends . Over the years we have loved making memories at Centre Parc De Kempervennen, farewell for now. We would recommend coming here , exploring and experiencing it for yourself.

We are just back from a mid week break for Feb Half Term at Center Parcs De Kempervennen and it was great. We haven’t been back for nearly 20 years when we originally stayed with our young children, now returning this time with older family and grand daughter. It was still very special and not too much has changed and that’s not a bad thing although everything is booked online now and you have a wristband to get in your accommodation so no losing keys. We drove from Calais, which takes a little under 4 hours with stops. We saved some money, as the site shop can be a little expensive by shopping at the local ALDIs before arrival. Stayed in a Premium cottage, which was walking distance from most activities so no need for a bike this time, villa was clean and well furnished. BBC TV channels available if you need them but you hardly have time to relax. Swimming complex excellent, indoor play zone great for smaller children, farm well looked after with tips how animals are cared for. It has an indoor ski complex which can get pricey but offers lessons for all abilities. Plenty of free activities including a drop in children’s club, kids disco, face painting, family quiz night and shows or you can just go for a walk around the lake. Restaurants sometimes a little expensive but easy to cook back at your villa some nights. All the usual range of sporting activities were there and an outdoor climbing experience. All in all, it’s a popular venue, just note all the UK number plates in the car park and the cost is often a lot less than booking at home. Pleased to go back after such a gap and if you like Center Parcs would definitely recommend, although keep it quiet otherwise everyone will want to go.

Its our 2nd visit here and next year will be our 3rd. Our whole family enjoys this CP, 2 adults one 17year old and 2 children. We did skiing, snowboarding, canoeing, adventure golf and d more. The canoeing was particularly special and was amazing value.
