The Belgrove, West Palm Beach, Autograph Collection

I would give 3.5 stars if I could. This is a beautiful resort and the service is very friendly. Everything is new and the rooms are very clean. However, you may want to wait a little longer before booking. There is still construction going on, the most annoying of which were poolside construction crews doing very loud work during peak pool hours on Friday (1.5-2.0 hours) and Saturday (all day). I am not sure who thought that was a good idea but it made the experience less enjoyable. Had the construction not been an issue I would have given the resort 4 stars. The resort is a little far from Palm Beach, about 20 minutes, but there is a shuttle service. Food and beverage quality is generally good to great, but still probably not worth the price. Don't expect any budget friendly food or drink options, you will be paying premium pricing on all items, similar to that of very exclusive hotels. They do add a nice touch by providing water bottles engraved with your name to use at water stations throughout the resort. The golf course looks amazing, but you have to jump through a lot of hoops to get a tee time. You either need a letter from your home country club vouching for you or you need to somehow "prove" you know what you are doing. Frankly, listening to the steps I would need to go through to get a tee-time annoyed me and I decided it wasn't worth it. All in all it was a decent experience and we would probably consider coming back once construction is fully complete and staff is more up to speed (service in general was a little slow but not terrible). But for now, the value for the money probably isn't there yet. But the resort definitely has a lot of potential.

We recently stayed at the Belgrove and the experience was amazing. The resort is stunning and feels like you’re in the Caribbean. Collins took amazing care of us at the pool, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. The service from all the staff was attentive and friendly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and our waitress Alayna was incredible and added so much to our experience and enjoyment. The food and drinks were excellent and they also made our dog feel super welcome (the Yeti dog bowls are a really nice touch and kept his water cold!). We will definitely be back!

This is an amazing resort tucked off the beaten path. Everything was 5-star, especially the staff and Jacob at the front desk. He went the extra mile to make sure we had an amazing stay. The view from our room was spectacular, overlooking the pool and golf course. I would highly recommend this property.

I love the hotel and upset I didn’t spend more time there. Multiple pools, plenty of places to sit and relax. Not little gym and fantastic aesthetic and generous room size! Fit and finish strong and they had an espresso maker in the room.. thank you!!
