My husband and I had a good stay. The room was clean the beds where okay.. It was just for one night.

Great job at getting the room cleaned and ready

The front desk staff were the highlight of our time at the property. They were very courteous and friendly. I was very disappointed with our room, however. The front light switch did not work, so we turned on the lamps throughout the room. The in-room cooling system ran loudly. The beds and bedding were ok. Carpets and furniture were not, stains, some areas not vacuumed, trash from previous guest under the chair, food/sauce stuck to the counter around the microwave. The bathroom was in very ill repair, door was warped and drywall crudely repaired from water damage, toilet and bathtub/shower were not clean. In addition, areas of the property were under construction. I went down to see what was offered for breakfast, absolute no. Wyndham should have just skipped it. Thankfully, we were only staying for one night.

Too many issue to explain but no help for a completely terrible experience from double charges to broken A/C. T/V Microwave, phone, shower and more!

The Lobby area is dark, the carpet felt sticky. You smell chlorine as soon as you enter the Hotel as they have an indoor pool. The bathroom toilet and tub has rust. We asked for a Rollaway. They just delivered it. Did not set it up. They did come and replaced the TV as it was blurry. The outside of the Hotel is misleading. Yes, it look favorable on the outside, but inside leaves a lot to be desired. I must say that the breakfast was adequate. This Hotel needs to be updated.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place is so expensive but yet so FILTY! Even the towels were dirty! The tub was rusty , the water was yellowish/brown. The toilet seat was broken and also full of rust. The fridge had gnats & 3 roaches in it and on top of this they kept my $100 deposit bc they say two pieces of play doh was left on the floor. If i could give 0 stars. I would (the pic they sent me is below)

Staff does not have proper amount of lien to work with . Is asked for towels for my friends room & was told I had to wait , until laundry was done . I also overheard repeated calls being put in for work on , AC units , toilets . Not all the housekeepers have vaccumms to work with . Appears that all the floors is not equipped with lien like all the other hotels . These girls should get paid more here , whatever they pay them .

This was a overpriced waste of money! No hot water! Nasty unclean room! No service! Unclean Breakfast area with no options!

Power outage!! No refund was offer, staff at hotel couldn’t tell me nothing. I just need a refund…..

Room was dirty. Former traveler's dirty clothes, greasy floor, everything had a grimy film on it. Sheets/bedding appeared to be clean clean but everything else needed a bleach wipe. We just needed the room for one night so we didn't complain and dealt with it.

We traveled to Monroe on our way to Florida The lady at the front desk was terrific she was very helpful and friendly. Gave us a great room. We loved our stay. It was clean and very affordable 😁.Thank you !

This was my second stay and it was the worst. In guest room the Bed linens had lipstick on them and the tub had long strings of hair in the tub. These were two shown signs of contamination. This was truly unacceptable when I was charged full price with no compensation by management.

Our room was not clean. The carpet was filthy. It smelled musty. Lightbulbs were missing or out. Hairdryer didn’t work. Only one ice maker for 3 floors. The others were missing. The back entry wouldn’t work with anyone’s key card so you could only enter the hotel from the front entryway. The indoor pool has so many lights out it was super dark. The pool bathroom was disgusting. It didn’t have soap, toilet paper, or paper towels.

This was the absolute worse hotel that my family has ever experienced. Before arrival, I informed the Front Desk Staff that I was highly allergic of pets, mold and mildew and expressed concern that I would need to limit exposure to avoid sickness. The Front Desk Staff moved me to a room with no carpet. Upon arrival, the room smelled musty and we sprayed every surface with lysol in an effort to disinfect the room. It did not work. We noticed at the top of the curtains this morning that mold was on the backside of the curtains. Yesterday, we should have left, but we had no were else to go. We spoke with an elder couple that indicated that they were leaving due to their room being unacceptable. They had family to come and pick them up. We were traveling with my son for prep day at ULM and no other option for accommodations. WE purchased blankets from Big Lots to sleep on top of the comforter. The breakfast sausage the next morning look like frozen sausages from the microwave and saggy looking eggs. We paid $101.45 for the accommodation and spend just as much at surrounding stores to mask the smells and nasty hotel. This was awful.
