Nice hotel, good breakfast with lots of choices, large swimming pool and good gym room. Price is worthy with the services, location, room, etc...

The location was convenient enough as near to highway from the airport. The room which was allocated was very far from the lift. Along the corridor towards the room, there were 2 locations which have pale to receive water leaking from the ceiling. Towels in the room was pretty old as yellowish and some torn. Bathroom were seen many mold and stains all edges around. Electric kettled was broken. After called help to the r front desk, action was fast even it was midnight. That I appreciated. Lighting control was a bit difficult as not easily found strong for on/off. Sofas got some stains. When j tried to handle power socket for charging, I wa happened to see some rubbish behind the desk. That was disgusting. On the send day, when I came back, I found cleaning was done well, but found a bunch of hair on bathroom floor. Wonder where it comes from as it’s obviously not from mine. A bit scared. Breakfast line up was very much localised. Donuts was nice. Freshness of veg was doubtful. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Hope facility would be well maintained. Lighting support cover were not fixed on both. Pretty old I guess.

A great hotel with clean amenities and a good breakfast selection, however, the reception wasn't too accommodating to our requests. Firstly, upon checking in, we were given 2 rooms side by side but were given a third room at the other end of the building. Even the porter who was transporting the luggage ended up panting upon reaching the room. When we requested a room closer to the lift/elevator, we were surprised that there was an available room right across from our first room. The second issue was concerning our request for a late checkout, i.e., from 12 to 1 pm. When we approached the reception with our request, we were told to request it on our last day and not a day earlier. When we did that, we were told that we should have made our request earlier! Also, we were informed by the manager at the reception that our request could not be accepted as the hotel was running at full capacity. When we explained our reasons as to why we needed the extention (7.55 pm flight and to say our prayer at between 12 - 1 pm, we were given an extention for just 1 room instead of 2 rooms (the 3rd room had already checked out at 10 am). We were asked to share a bedroom with another couple for the 1 hour duration, something my husband was reluctant to do due to privacy issues. We ended up checking out slightly after 12 pm. Needless to say, we were unhappy with these 2 issues which could have been easily resolved if the reception had been more accommodating and receptive to our requests instead of saying a definitive "No". This would be our first and only stay at Novotel Mangga Dua Hotel.

it was nice stay , i guess it’s old hotel with medium size room , swimming pool are looks quite different than online photos , staff if very polite , we have quick check in and check out at desk

We were here for exhibition and it is very near to our show, there are convenient shop around, some eatery stalls too. Is ok for a few nights business stay

I gave good rating as in good average. Can be better as a 4star hotel. For eg, i have to wait 2 mins bef hot water for my shower.

- Location : Not bad, besides a mall but the mall is kinda rundown mall - Service : Staff service is okay, requested some items and only deliver the next day - F&B : Did not try - Transportation : Pick up from hotel entrance required to pay 5,000 rupiah

The hotel is the worst one I met this time.I ever lived in more than 50 different countries. The worst one DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. Otherwise you will be killed
