Comfort Inn Lancaster County

Staff was great. Building very dated and we found someone passed out in the hallway. Not safe.

The facility is showing a bit of wear. The bathroom was very dated. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.

A perfectly ok place to stay for a few nights while visiting family and friends in Lancaster and Columbia, PA. Nothing special, but adequate.

Broken toilet tank. Coffee make not cleaned. Air conditioning unit broken. Pull out bed & sheets dirty.

The hotel needs updating and maintenance desperately. Lots of cracks, holes, chips all over. Hot tub was out of order. Vending machine was out of order. Terrible cleaning job in the room. Hotel room had hair on the bathroom floor and cheerios near the fridge. Some weird looking orang/red food piece (or worse) was smeared on the wall by one bed. Pool was nice, warm. Breakfast DIY waffles was nice. Front desk gentleman was very pleasant and friendly.

Outside the property was not clean. Carpets were dirty throughout hotel. Floors were sticky. Room was not very clean. No towels in room when we arrived. Pull out sofa bed mattress was stained and no sheets/blankets in room for sofa bed. Would not stay again! Front desk clerk seemed bothered when asked for additional towels. Room was not cleaned during weekend stay.

The room was extremely filthy. Stains on the bed sheets, hair left all over the bathroom, stains and hair in the towels, bugs and webs all over the window. It was gross and disgusting at every turn.

The hotel overall was ok. There was a heavy air freshener fragrance which was not bad but a little too strong for me. The room had a couple of dead palmetto bugs on the window sill, which are kind of common this time of year, but wish the maid staff would’ve caught that. Also a crumpled tissue below the bed and some hair in the bathroom that was missed The mini fridge, linens, towels, and bed itself were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Some of the furnishings could use replacing they are worn and old. The breakfast was good for being included and there was a Belgian waffle maker the kids enjoyed. For the price I think it was acceptable. I would stay again, we were there for a tournament at spooky nook and it was very convenient.

The only disappointing thing was that the hot tub is out of order. Apparently, it has been for a few months. I wish this information was listed when booking. The 2 different front desk employees during my stay were extremely pleasant. The female employee even had to deal with a very unhappy guest, and she handled it with so much professionalism.
