Yes, in the description they have mentioned including breakfast charges but they don’t have inhouse restaurant, they have buying it from the local unhygienic shops

Hygiene is good but complimentary breakfast they don’t have they are bring the breakfast from outside hotel that is also only dosa or idly not chooses one

Worst experience i had ad and breakfast is terrible impolite staff. Old towels and breakfast they are charging 600 and they have given me roadside food of 2idly and 2vada

My experience was amazing, i strongly recommend all to check in this hotel for sure, and make sure you book earlier because hotel is most of the time it's full, thank you team pranams, my only suggestion is if you have restaurant it'll be super great

The accomodation looks average. When i checked it, the wasn't prepared, the pillow cover, bed spreads were not changed. After insisting they changed covers. Don't ever include breakfast, they bring idle dosa from nearby hotel and give it to you. There is no inhouse restaurant. No customer centric service

Hotel rate is only 1200 but in mm t you charge-2400 for one room so costly for any one. Hotel service is not up to mark and hotel product is very cheap. I am pay double payment for a single room - as per hotel staff room rent is rs. 1200. 00 but mm t charge rs. 2400. 00

I think it's a new hotel. So it was quite clean and everything was satisfactory. It is near the station which is both advantageous and disadvantageous. We can just head to the station but some rooms there is noise of train. I didn't like that they have controls for ac and heater and we have to keep calling them to switch on. Also, they need to give adequate towels and toiletries for the number of people staying in the room.

I booked the hotel for one official meeting with some ladies and gentleman. The concerned person was not allowed me and said we are not having practice to allow people to have meetings. I booked hotel for 2 adults. Due to this i had meeting one by one with inconvenience. I strictly recommend not to book this hotel and management (staff) not professional behaviour and rude talk.
