My significant other and I enjoyed our stay at Le Soleil D'Or so much, we are already looking at dates to come back. We stayed in the oceanfront Coast House which was beyond our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked with any tool you would need but if you should happen to need anything else, Amar and Anush were on the ready to help. Anush made it very simple to communicate via Whatsapp and was quick to respond. Our accommodations included a private pool, a very comfortable king-sized bed, washer/dryer, fold-out couch, an enormous bathroom with a walk-in shower and a standalone tub. It could not have been more relaxing. We were diving nearly every day and it was such a treat to unwind by the pool in the afternoon. It has an amazing view of the water/coastline. Just note that while there is no beach on this property, just a short drive down the road, they have a Beach Club with a gorgeous beach, pool, restaurant and bar. The included thatch umbrellas and beach chairs were such a bonus. Our stay included breakfast at their farm-to-table restaurant, The Farm, which was delicious and quick every day before diving. I especially loved the freshly squeezed juices, the homemade bread, the veggies and eggs from the farm. The staff was attentive, personable and kind. We found that to be the same at the Beach Club. We tried multiple restaurants while on island, but somewhat regretted it when we did. The Farm's meals were top-notch(coming from a true world-traveling foodie...) and we really enjoyed the wine selection and the make-your-own pizza night. Our included tour of the farm on the bluff was wonderful. No wonder the food is so incredible...it couldn't be more fresh. You can tell that each staff member is truly invested in the success of this place. They go the extra mile with everything(side note: when I forgot my charger in the room, Anush brought it to me at the airport!). I will be returning to Le Soleil D'Or and wholeheartedly recommend this farm stay.

We celebrated our 1 year anniversary at this truly unforgettable hotel. Customer service was exceptional. From the moment upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and a personalized tour to get to our room. The room was beautiful overlooking the pool area. The staff went above and beyond to plan a beautiful and romantic garden dinner with a bespoke menu. We also did a tour of the fruit farm which was definitely worthwhile doing. The food at the restaurant left us wanting more! There is nothing that we could think about to complain even if we tried. They truly did their best!

I cannot praise this property enough! The resort was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean, and it boasts very convenience and amenities from a waterfront beach club to tennis and basketball courts to a full service farm-to-table restaurant that sources its food from its own farm. From the Mediterranean style architecture and lush gardens to the beautiful decor of its manor houses, Le Soleil d’Or is a five star resort. The service was outstanding, and Amar, the property manager, was so polite and solicitous. He worked with us for an early checkin and late departure given that it was the off season. We came to Cayman Brac on a 26th wedding anniversary trip, and we couldn’t be more happy with the incredible experience. My husband and I have stayed at many resorts, and Le Soleil raises to the very top. We sat out on our own balcony and watched the sunrises and sunsets over the ocean as we sipped our beverages. We plan to come back on our next anniversary. Canyon Brac is a place that you can truly relax and unwind— far from the hectic tourist trips of Grand Cayman. The sister island is a short 20-40 minute hop from Grand Cayman. The people are so friendly and welcoming, I recommend staying here for the better part of your stay on the Cayman Islands.

One of the top vacation destinations we stayed. FYI, we traveled more then half of the world. Super boutique,peaceful and cozy hotel. Staff if super friendly and always ready to help. We loved the property’s own farm. Every meal produce came fresh from the farm. Enjoyed every meal. Manager Amar super friendly and expert about island life and great guide. Absolutely will be back.

This is a lovely villa with a beautiful surrounding. The staff is delightful and work hard to make you happy during your stay. The food was good, the beach area was nice and the farm tour is a must! This is a good place to get away in luxury on a more secluded island.

Review based on a stay in May 2024 Summary 4.9/5: If you want luxury, amazing farm to table food, and a staff that focuses on your comfort and happiness, I highly recommend Le Soleil D'Or. Room 4.5/5: My wife and I stayed in the Cherry Lime room and it was almost perfect. The room and bathroom are huge, and you have an amazing wrap around balcony with a view of the ocean on one side and the the large limestone cliff on the other. They also provide a shared kitchen with bottled water in the refrigerator and a shared bathroom, satellite TV, game, and reading room, a very small gym, and washer / dryer. We didn't use any of the shared rooms except the kitchen for water and to chill wine in the refrigerator or to warm up a delicious left over from the restaurant in the toaster oven. The only issue my wife or I had with what was otherwise a perfect stay was our bed. The bed was not at all up to the standards of the room or the rest of the property. It felt like an old style mattress with shared (not individual) coils connected to a hard top and bottom. The quality of the mattress wasn't even close to what I'd expect from Le Soleil when considering the cost and quality of the room and property. The mattress also made loud, groaning spring noises every time you moved and especially when got on or off the bed because of the old style coils. I'm less than 190 pounds and my wife weighs less than me, so if you were bigger and heavier the mattress could be very noisy and even less comfortable for you. Because the rest of the room was so spectacular, I still give it a 4.5, but that mattress should be replaced! Property 5/5 Beautiful property that also includes a nearby beach house and a farm on a limestone cliff above property. Food 5/5 Spectacular, fresh farm to table food served in a cosey, charming restaurant by staff whose only goal is to please and chefs that come out to talk to you to get your feedback and ensure you enjoyed your food and drinks. Staff 5/5 Amazing people work here. They are warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive to your every need. Overall a great experience. My wife and I will be back.
