Just wanted to say thank you to serena for making our stay great welcoming and going above to support us with our stay thank you. The hotel is in great location to motorway links , few shops near by , the rooms are spacious , clean , comfy beds Also thank you to Dimple for managing and have a great team. Great Asset to the hotel . All the staff in the hotel are great. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. It STANK on old stale cigarette smoke. From reception, the the hallway, to the rooms to the bedroom. The bedding smelt so dirty I couldn't sleep. The hotel was loud (slamming doors, people being loud in the corridors at nearly midnight). The hairdryer burnt out in my hand. Fire Risk. I complained the next morning as was given a card to apply for a refund. Was only given 50% because I didn't mention anything the night before check out. I was travelling with my small child. I was unable to go to reception or phone as child was asleep. Absolutely disgusting hotel

Amazing staff at this premier inn. The bedrooms are just perfect, amazingly comfy beds. Superbly clean rooms and very nice and friendly atmosphere. Really enjoyed my stay. Would definitly be back, in fact this premier inn is by far my first choice. The staff at reception, day and night staff are extremely friendly and will help with any questions you may have and help you in any way possible. A huge thank you to all staff at Premier Inn for helping me in this stay and for making me feel welcome. Thank you BW to all

Always good rates always clean but gosh the bar prices!!!! We couldn't partake in breakfast because they start 6.30am and our flight was early. Asked if our room was ready early to which they said " yes" but it costs £15? Why? If it's ready it's ready

Close to Heathrow T2/3, good value, comfortable beds, great breakfast range (with excellent coffee!). Parking is £10 per day, can't be pre-booked. Very friendly and helpful staff. Place is a bit tired here and there, but the warmth of the staff, the comfy night's sleep and the good value mord than make up for this. NB if you arrive from the west, take the most left hand lane of the M4 to leave at the first junction after the M25. Then take the left most lane at the first roundabout, and continue all the way round for 270 degrees. Then the hotel us just ahead on the right.

Room was good but they closed the bar early I arrived before 11 pm but I couldn’t get anything as the till had been closed not good I asked for drinks etc but was told no The room was clean but they did not bring fresh Tea and coffee after the first night
