The guy(with specs) at reception at the time of my check in was so rude and provided worse customer service. Didn’t help with any room service either. But the lady next morning at reception was very helpful

Our room was smelling bad. When we asked for room change they did not have us another room. We slept in 3 days with bad odour. The hot water was not running. We had to bath in another room and come to our room. So much inconvenience. Our room was dusty and i got allergy from it. Staff was lazy and non cooperative. We were having breakfast and i checked the bread's expiry date - they gave us 3 day old expired bread. When we pointed out, they replaced the bread after our breakfast time got over. When we complained at reception the lady said " haan but replace kar diya na bread abhi. We were carrying 7 luggages and my mom with knee injury needed help with carrying luggage out of the lift. I was in lift trying to pull bags out of it. None of the staff helped us with bags or luggage management seeing us struggling with it. I asked for help and they were just sitting and watching us. And there was a *** at reception who started showing us attitude saying - "ye hamara kaam nahi. We had to fight at reception for basic things. No cleanliness, bad hospitality, poor management, average services.

We got room no 200, 201 it was next to electricity transformer room and door was always open which was very risky

Property location is good, rooms & amenities is also good. Room & washroom near n clean. Staff is very trained & polite. At night 3. 30am required medicine but not finding day night chemist their night main lobby staff took his bike & take me to medical store about 4 km away from hotel. I am so impressed & thankful for helping me.

Property location wise good and food delicious. Location in near city market. Vale wise good. One of thing breakfast time too late. 8;30 time

Room was clean and comfortable bathroom was clean and cozy. Breakfast was good with a variety of options overall a comfortable stay.
