Arrived to the hotel as booked on 31st January
F9 Hotels and Showed the Booking confirmation to front Desk and He confirmed to me Yes he confirmed to me this is correct Hotel F9 Hotel shown in Trip.com booking. But I will not be able to check you in to this hotel because you don’t have local ID Identity Card with you to check you in, of course as foreigner I did provide him my passport, we don’t recognize your passport to check you into this hotel. So what shall I do now as I have already paid to Trip.com, we will not charge this Amount to Trip.com. This is what front desk person keeps Repeating and finally I have no other alternative choice time was getting late so I moved on to look for another Nibouring Hotel near by to check in. I have attached the photos of me arriving to the hotel as booked. I hope Trip.com should not blame for this cancellation, it was the Hotel which cancelled my booking for their own reasons, Trip.com should contact the hotel to get more information and I have Attached photos of me arriving to the hotel to check-In
